Two stars. First the staff that was working seemed to be stoned or something. They were moving like snails. I literally spent around 20 minutes of my lunch break ordering and waiting for my sandwhich. There were only two people ahead of me with simple orders and they were just taking their sweet time. Plus it was hard to communicate with them since they were talking slow and every other word was«like and umm» showing they were not paying attention. Food was the usual Jersey Mike’s taste you get accustomed to. Not going back to this one due to poor service and the unprofessional staff. Im not asking for too much in service but i feel liek the staff could have used a little more polishing. Cant really expect much out of a fastfood sandwhich place.

To the manager/owner: this location is painfully slow. Initially I thought it was the nature of the business but no, I’ve been to other locations, even a some within a few miles, all of which trump this location for processing time. If you have new hires, it might make the world of difference to staff your business as if they are not present for the first few shifts so your more seasoned employees aren’t burdened with carrying the additional weight of what the new hire can’t quite perform by themselves. I enjoy Jersey Mikes, but it’s difficult to pay $ 10 for a poorly crafted sandwich after a 20 minute wait. There ARE skilled employees at this location but it’s evident they are carrying the weight of a few others who are caught in the headlights during lunch hour.

Just picked up dinner and I was blown away with the phenomenal service! Everyone was so professional and friendly I had to write my Unilocal review before even leaving the parking lot! Blown away

I’ve been to multiple Jersey Mike’s locations and it’s a consistently great sandwich shop. I much prefer them to Subway and love the freshness of the bread, meats and cheeses. My personal favorite is the turkey with Swiss subbed for provolone and Mike’s Way without the onions. I was skeptical about having a sub without mayo and mustard on my first visit but immediately fell for the olive oil and vinegar blend. It provides plenty of moisture to the sandwich. This location is clean and bright and the workers were friendly and quick. No complaints at all!

Their cookies look good. Busy but line moved fast. Far more efficient than the local sandwich shop down the street from our house. First impression when looking at menu: PRICEY4 sandwich shop. Quality of bread: good– hearty. You have two options to choose from: white or wheat. Here is the sandwich size breakdown, since it is not obviously listed on their menu(a little annoying that you have to ask): Mini= 4.5 inches Regular= 7.5 inches Giant= 15 inches I ordered a mini club sandwich and he ordered a regular size(7.5 inch) supreme roast beef. The bread they serve here has actual grain and texture to it; wayyy more substantial than Subway bread. Was impressed to see that they cut all their own meat and cheese, like a deli. The sub dressing definitely adds a special kick & the spicy red spread is fantastic. Flavorful and an upgrade from Subway. Yeah it’s pricier so if you are a baller on a budget, hit Subway instead. –1 point for not cleaning off your tables or sweeping enough. Something to work on.

Is it that hard to have a sharpie by the cash register and to write on on the wrapper what the sandwich is? Dear lord it’d be revolutionary if my family didn’t have to disassemble every sandwich to figure out what it is. And no, writing a number on the sandwich doesn’t cut it, I don’t work there and I don’t memorize the numbers.

I love jersey mikes and I’ve been going there for a while, I usually eat here 3 – 4 times a week because I live right down the street but man was I disappointed when I called in today and asked if I can use a free sub comp that was meant for RB. Like are you kidding me! All the love I’ve shown and you want me to drive 15 instead of 2 minutes! That was just annoying, love the hospitality though but all I’m saying is that was ridiculous!

Friendly staff. Good choices. Taste was ordinary. Still sticking to Rockin’ Jennies and Submarina.

#9, #9… Freakin NUMBERNINE! Awesome Sub and the staff nailed the service. Got some local info needed from friendly caring staff. My son was super psyched about is cheese steak and all was good! Paid by credit card to see if the review at this store was true about requiring to leave a tip(«WTF dude»), you just have to hit the«no thanks» button, I left a tip because the kids were super cool. Food great, staff great and super clean. Very Happy with this stop.

I love a lot about Jersey Mikes, the freshness of the ingredients and the oil and vinegar style flavors — but the size of the rolls make their sandwiches a bit«bread-heavy» for me(and I’m a bread-lover). Also, when I go to Subway I feel I have more healthy veggie options. Still, it sure smells great when you walk in the door!

Hard Pass!!! This place is a joke. So I go in thinking the place is similar to any other sandwich place and what I get is an overpriced sandwich made with no love!!! Mayo on some parts of the bread badly seasoned and the bread didn’t taste fresh at all… To top it off when I try paying for my sandwich the Credit Card machine asked and required a tip, WTF really!!! I had to ask the guy on the counter that I didn’t want to leave any tip for something that took less than 5 min to make and it wasn’t an dine in item. I really wanted to like them. I’ll guess I’ll need to go back to submarina, Quiznos or Subway. SOOO sad I usually like to go to the movies before getting f*******… Lol.

If you love Jersey Mike’s … wait for it … you’re going to love this place! In all seriousness, there’s a guy on the staff(really tall, younger guy) who I kid you not was the most attentive sandwich maker I’ve ever met. He was incredibly attentive to my instructions, and it seemed like he genuinely wanted to make the best sandwich ever. Jiro’s Dreams of Sandwich.

Absolutely love their Number 7. Turkey sandwich Mike’s way. Fresh ingredients, Fresh meat from their deli. I also like their Tuna sub. If you ask them when the Tuna was made they will let you know if the tuna is left over from yesterday or today. At least they were honest to me when I asked. Definitely try their #7. Way better than Subway!

My wife told me I was going to have a sub for lunch. I assumed it was Subway. To my surprise it was Jersey Mike’s. One bite in, I realized I would have more subs from Jersey Mike’s in my future. Fresh bread, tasty Italian meat, and lots of avocado. I normally don’t try new things but this was a success. Thanks for the great food.

More like a three and a half star rating. The cheesesteak was tender, juicy, and tasty. Needed allot more grilled onions and peppers to be close to a real Cheesesteak though. For the price charged they could be a little moe generous with the fixings. A bit pricy for just meat and cheese. The meat was very good though and there was lots of it and cheese too. Could have been a four and a half star with very little effort. Perhaps they will get the Hint.

Love this place, and this location actually has a ton of seating inside and out. If you’re confused on what to get, try one of the two subs that have bacon in it. Always make it «Mike’s Way»! Prices are a tad high, so make sure to sign up for their FREE emails and they will send you coupons every other week making it more worth it. Staff is usually friendly and upbeat. Plenty of parking in this small lot.

A great alternative to Subway… the sandwiches are a good size, very fresh, and the staff, overall, seem to enjoy their jobs much more than those at Subway. Favorites: Roast beef, the club, and the #5 I think(the cold sub with 3 italian meats)… all Mike’s way, of course. And they have sweet tea… gets me every time.

The good: This place is shiny and new! Very clean inside. The cold sandwiches I’ve had were delicious, the ‘fresh slicing’ is pretty neat to me, and it comes out tasting great. Staff is friendly and spirited. It hasn’t been super busy as of recently, so I enjoy that. Had the California Club and it is mouth-watering good. The bad: The hot subs I’ve had weren’t really the best. A little sloppy in preparation, and somewhat lacking in flavor. The verdict: Delicious sandwiches. The bread, the meat, the veggies. delectable! Can’t vouch as much for the hot sandwiches, but the cold subs. two thumbs up.

A nice stop if you want a sandwich. Good bread, great menu options, and love to order things«Mikes way». Last time I was here, got the California Club, and enjoyed it, «Mike’s way» and all. For some reason, I feel like they didn’t have bacon and avocado at some point, maybe I remember it wrong… but either way the California Club is definitely one of my favorite sandwiches, so glad to see it on the menu.

For a chain restaurant the staff here makes it better than average. Everyone is engaged with the customers. Chatting, talking food and pleasantries while knocking out a pretty good sandwich. This location has not disappointed me. Fresh sliced meats, cheeses, veggies and fresh Baked Bread. Making sandwiches to order pretty quickly. Check out their not so secret secret menu. I usually order the 99 with chicken. It rocks! Sláinte!
