We’ve been here a few times and have always enjoyed good personalized service. A couple weeks ago the store manager, Danae, was helping us and we had a question about what type of primer to use for a retaining wall. We had some unusual circumstances and asked for her advice. She was very knowledgeable herself, but got on the phone to confirm with a senior Sherwin-​Williams employee. She took her time explaining the situation and relayed his recommendations to us. It’s really cool to get this kind of service! We’ll be back!

My hubby went back to get small paint samples, and Bernice remembered him! How’s that for customer service! She was helpful as always, and was training a new employee. We recommend them as it is truly no pressure and they give great advice.

Alvin and Jonnell were very helpful getting me the correct match to a discontinued type of paint.
Also– the prices were cheaper than HD.

We chose Sherwin Williams to get paint for our nursery because of their excellent 30% off Labor Day sale. We ended up using 2 gallons plus a quart of white touch up for a 9×12 room– each gallon was about $ 42 with the sale.
This location is great because it’s pretty much always empty so you really look around and take your time. The staff is very kind and helpful.
The one thing that is pretty strange is that all 5 times I went in to purchase something there was something wrong with the credit card transaction. It either wasn’t working or going super super slow or some random issue that required calling the processors. Of course this Is not the staffs fault and they were very apologetic.
Overall, I like the one on one advice and the ability to not have to fight for an associate like at Home Depot.
Make sure you sign up for the free paint perks program online before making a purchase and they will send you a $ 10 coupon off of a $ 50 purchase. Super helpful!
