Horrible experience at this nail salon! Not only did I have to wait for the lady who was gonna do my nails to finish getting her nails done and kept telling me «wait 5 more minutes» but also I asked for 3 hearts as a nail design and got one heart that was done really bad (my 3 year old could have drawn this!) the lady was clearly having a bad day and kept yanking my hands and hurting me during the pedicure. I’m never going there again. And if you do go hope it’s when the ladies are having a good day.

I had the pleasure of having a mani/​pedi from Mai. I had the basic services. She did a wonderful job. I am so pleased. I like the disposable covers they put in the pedi tubs. She asked how I wanted my nails cut and followed my requests. They feel good and look good too.

I’ve been seeing Tiffany for almost a year now. Followed her when she switched salons and then followed her back to transformation salon. Won’t let anyone else do my nails now! She is absolutely the best.

Amazing experience, I feel well taken care of when I come here. I’ve done pink and whites and pedis and eye lash extensions here. Everything always turns out amazing! Venessa really knows what she’s doing! I literally can spend my whole day there doing my nails, hair, eyelash extensions, you name it ! I love this place !

Terrible experience!
i went in for a brow wax and was asked to sit in a CHAIR and scoot down and lean back so she could do my eyebrows. With a bad back not a good idea and for a salon not professional
Rude — she smirked at my eyebrows — i now i dont have a lot of brow but i wanted them cleaned up and shaped.

I’m visiting here in Poway from the Seattle area. This was my first visit in this salon. I was very pleased when i asked the manicurist, Tiffany to do my nails in my SEATTLE SEAHAWKS colors and she did a great job! They are very nice too!

Just got a facial. Was good. The lady was very nice. Room was relaxing, though it wasn’t a separate room, just separated by a sheet curtain in the back. She didn’t talk through what she was doing, but I like that. I would go back.

This salon does great and has great girls working there! Always love going here for mani, pedi and to buy beauty products! It is a full service salon so it’s great for all beauty needs. They do great designs in gel nails, I always bring pictures and they replicate the photo.
I WOULD DEFINITELY REX COME ND THIS SALON!

My first time coming here and I was quite disappointed. I got the pink and whites and my nails are so uneven and they don’t match, with the white tip and fingernail length. They look horrible. I had a lunch date with a friend right after and she made a comment about what a bad job it was. I would have asked for an all new set but I just wanted out of there. I ended up going home and just painting my nails. Not only that but I was told that I should try their waxing services so that I would look prettier. Way to insult your customers. I will definitely not be coming back nor would I ever recommend this place.

Today was my first time coming to this salon and I loved it! I brought my daughter and they made her feel like a princess! They did a beautiful job on our mani pedi’s. I’ll definitely be coming back. I also enjoyed that they had conversations with us.

Just got my eyebrows and lip waxed. The lady (unfortunately I didn’t get her name :/​) did an excellent job. She took her time and listened to what I wanted as I am trying to slowly change the shape of my brows. To top it all off, it was only 15 dollars for both. Not sure if the pricing was a grand opening special, but still, so reasonable!

Went here for the very 1st time today for a manicure and haircut… What a great experience !! It’s a brand new business in Poway. It’s an extremely clean and modern salon. It’s exactly what Poway needed. It’s located next to Sprouts in the Vons Plaza. Ask for Vanessa, you won’t be disappointed !
