Pizza Hut

Frustrating experience! While traveling I tried to call in a pizza for dine-​in that would be ready when we arrived. I dialed 30 miles away. My call went to a call center and they supposedly transferred me to the local restaurant, which NEVER picked up the call. From a 2^nd cell, while still on hold on 1^st cell, I called again and was told dine in calls had to be transferred to restaurant. He supposedly ordered a pizza for pick up. We arrived at the restaurant still on hold on 1^st cell. The phone was ringing non stop which appeared to be going unanswered. Our arrival was greeted very slow and not joyfully. I explained there should be a pizza ready for us marked for pick up. No pizza had been started nor could an order be found. We left and went to competitor a few blocks away. Sad because it’s a great looking restaurant but other locals told us it has issues.

There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was due to the fact that their food is edible and sometimes the manager gives us a discount on the messed up pizza. Every time I call in I have them repeat the order twice and something is always wrong when I pick it up. I wish there were more options in Pratt for pizza, especially stuffed crust. I should stop giving them chances to make it right or actually making the pizza I order, but I’m pregnant and want stuffed crust, I have to have it. Then. It’s not even stuffed crust and they won’t remake us another one because they are closing early.
Not my problem.

Last Friday passed through Pratt and stopped for lunch buffet.
Pizza and service was ‘ok’- the pizza selection was low on the buffet, but our reason for reviewing is the disgusting restrooms. Both men’s and ladies’ were in major need of deep cleaning.
Come on– Pizza Hut should be nicer than a gas station!

Just walk out of this pizza hut with the food on the table because it was the wrong stuff and staff had know concern for our order. Manager had no time to talk to us either. We will be calling the Regional Manager on this one. Worse pizza establishment I’ve ever walked into!!!
