This is my sons favorite restaurant. We ordered online from their website which was super convenient and it was ready within minutes. The food was delicious.

The building is pretty run down, but the food is great. My order usually takes no more than 10 minutes. The prices are a bit higher, but not horrible.

I have heard people in the area talk about how great the food is here so we finally checked it out. We ordered our regular Chinese favorites over the phone: general tso’s chicken, house lo mein, cream cheese wontons. We usually order from Ho King in Cottage Grove. The food at five star was so good that we will definitely be back! I will say, thank God they do take out because when we arrived to pick up the order, the building has an old smell. I’m guessing from the age of the building? I don’t know, but I could never eat there. The stink was too much for me, but the food was fantastic! No grisle, not too much batter, good meat and quality vegetables in the lo mein.

I ordered from Five Stars today for the first time and it was absolutely awesome! I ordered and picked it up and brought it back to my boat at the Marina. I ordered two of their dinner specials and received a lot of food for only $ 7.25 per dinner special complete with egg roll and pork fried rice. I can’t believe I been here slipping my boat here 3 years and only now tried them. I will definitely become a regular customer.
