What an experience I just had! So disrespectful. So unprofessional. I left today questioning the integrity and ethics of this business and no doubt its terrible customer service. It really saddens me to have been treated in such a disrespectful manner especially since I have been a loyal and consistent customer for many years and had thought I would be for many more. When I phoned to schedule my appointment I was informed that the price of services went up $ 50.00 dollars more than I had previously been paying ($ 300). After my surprise, I thanked the person for letting me know ahead of time. They took my credit card number to secure my appointment. I went in to my appointment today and was told that the price of my treatment went up to $ 350. I told the receptionist of my phone call just a week before and she said the person quoted incorrectly but they would honor the agreement. Minutes later the same receptionist came back out to tell me the service was now $ 450. Apparently she misquoted too. I wondered if by the time I got into my appointment it would have jumped to $ 500 and then $ 550 when I was finished. As I said before, I have been a loyal customer for many years due to my medical skin condition and had no doubts I would remain loyal. How I was treated today was at best sloppy business and without question rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

The facility is nice, botox is so watered down. I am in my early 30’s and I have never needed 30 units of botox, let alone when it didn’t make a difference.

Came to Prescott for a girls weekend and all 6 of us got services and the facility was very accommodating and reasonably priced. I enjoyed my deep tissue massage and left relaxed and recharged.

I came here with my mom for a facial. I was kind of nervous because I didn’t know what to expect, but the estheticians who were performing our facials were absolutely amazing. We were in separate rooms, and my esthetician told me EVERYTHING she was doing before she did it, and gave me the best neck massage while the products on my skin were getting to work! It was the best experience and I can’t wait to go back. I have friends and other family members who have also had massages and other services here and they have similarly had great experiences. I have always, always, ALWAYS, been treated with respect, sensitivity, and just plain kindness no matter what my interaction has been with Mind, Body, and Soul!

Love this spa! Beautiful, Wide variety of services… great products. Love that they now offer the tantasia self tanning. Highly recommend!

I went there for botox and I had 2 problems. The first was the technique of the person giving the injections. She went deeper into the skin than I’m used to and therefore it hurt quite a bit more. I bruised on one side of my face which has never happened before. The other problem is that the results didn’t even last 3 months.

Beautiful spa, very accommodating staff, wonderful customer service. We went here for a bridal party and had a wonderful, wonderful time. Would recommend it to anyone!!! (: love, love, love!
