Best customer service in Nevada!!! I’ve never had a bad experience at this MK store. All the associates greet me and everyone is friendly. Even if you don’t have makeup on and are dressed casual these people treat everyone that walks into their store the same. I love it!

One Star: I really like my purse. NO Star: After spending almost $ 300 on the purse, I found out they do not provide dust bags for purses purchased at the outlet.

Never shop here unless you are 100% sure on your purchase. They DONOT refund your money even if you return it within 20 minutes. Only store credit. They claim because they are an outlet… Ha. Their prices are not«so great» anyway! eBay is cheaper!

I didn’t realize Michael Kors was a high end designer, being a guy who doesn’t use handbags. I thought, knowing the Michael Kors brand of Men’s Dress Shirts, it was more in line with Calvin Klein, Guess, and Kenneth Cole. But the price of the handbags(and label prestige too I am assuming) is right there with trendy n’ posh designers like Kate Spade. It’s probably more expensive than Coach and where Coach is for your mom, MK is for your hip sister, young daughter or haute wife. I’m learning more and more I guess. It’s not quire of the Prada, Channel nor those other prestige couture brands that set you back twice as much if not into the $ 1,000+ range, but it’s still a status symbol possession brand. We got a bag priced at $ 350 for about $ 280 after the«discounts» and the 8% sales tax. To me, that’s not a bad price to pay for something of quality that lasts a long time and doesn’t wear out(other than if you get something trendy and the fashion appeal fades). Sure, you can find a functional bag cheaper, but this is about the«MK» design and the emblem(logo), and if you like it, it makes you smile… treat yourself and indulge in that decadence that makes you(or if as a gift, makes someone else) happy! The store is lighted nice, full of energy and has a good selection of colors from the conservative to the gaudy. If you have fashion flair, this is a good place for girls and women to check out. There’s no Men’s merchandise at this store here ‘tho. I do like Michael Kors style long sleeve dress shirts, so they could benefit by adding a men’s selection while the W.A.G.‘s go shopping here…

I was inquiring about a watch and had a very rude cashier interrupt my time with the sales associate. I left and didn’t end up purchasing anything because of the rudness

Nice bags, lots of totes, leather and coated canvas– some at $ 169 and $ 199. It’s nice to handle the bags to see if the weight is right for you. I don’t want a heavy bulky bag. Lot of clothing in the back of the store. These MK outlet stores are set up nicely– there are lots of bags along the wall, and it kinda looks like art. Big price signs are in each area, so you’ll never guess the price. The sharks are circling, er, I mean, sales people. That was the only thing that was a little annoying. One asian lady was following me, that was a little suffocating– my husband always notices that and he too, gets annoyed(but he says something loud enough for the other person to hear, as if to hint, «back off a bit, please»). The funny thing is another sales lady across the way, was asking if I needed some assistance, and the asian lady was giving her the stink eye.

Super Friendly Staff Great selection — from sunglasses, bags, wallets, watches and clothes. The prices aren’t THAT cheap compared to buying it full price in the store, but still less than what you would normally pay and thats a deal. Staff on hand was plentiful and very helpful — not too pushy.

As many of you know, I love bags. Bags. Bags. Bags. Since as far back as I can remember, I’ve loved them. My little bro used to call me ‘the bag lady’ b/c i loved to carry things. In bags. A lot. Anyhoo, I love the Michael Kors bags… and though their online shop and boutique in the Westfield are both fabulous, I’ve never known that they had an outlet store… Eureka! It was love at first sight. Slightly medium build, neither bulky nor stocky, golden tan, good structure– versatile for a night out on the town or a weekend to the wine country, they called it «The Astor Weekender» bag in «luggage,» and it took my breath away. OKFINE. I’m over dramatizing. The fact that I somehow rationalized making this purchase stands for something though, right? The sales staff were super helpful and nice– really, they actually seemed like they enjoyed being at work…(I checked, they weren’t hiring) and though not pushy, they all did a great job of making one feel noticed, but not hounded. One of the ladies from corporate happened to be there and she showed me HER bag… she owned the *same exact bag* and dammit, it looked great on her.(It helps that she was one stylin’ lady.) I *did* walk over to Cole Haan to mull over my potential purchase, and I admit, I was distracted by a few shoes. but. within a few moments I found myself back at MK at the register with the weekender in hand. It was fate. Ok fine, maybe it wasn’t fate, but it *was* the last oen they had in stock in the color. Overall a five star shopping experience. The staff were knowledgable, helpful, and made for a fun way to earn a few Worldpoints. Oh, and beware of confusion: The Astor Weekender and the Astor Satchel look very very very similar online. (Oh.and to the man who went digging through *my* own bag as it was sitting on the counter as I was trying out the Astor… sorry for the confusion, but wasn’t it obvious that the bag belonged to someone, what with a cell phone sticking out of it, and all? Of course, shopping in SF I would *never* let my guard down like that…)

Michael Kors has recently gained some notoriety as one of the snarky judges on Project Runway. I love — LOVE — Project Runway. When a new season is on, I watch it with the devotion of a doting parent. I pick my favorites(hooray, Jeffrey!) at the beginning and cheer them on with a fervor that is almost manic. There are times when I have wanted to scoop out ‘top fashion designer Michael Kors” little eyes for maligning something that one of my beloveds had made. On a trip back from LA, a friend(equally rabid about PR) and I stopped at the Fashion Outlets Las Vegas(located inconveniently in Primm) specifically to check out his stuff. We were EXCITED. We were ready to see some stuff that knocked us on our tushes. We were disappointed. It all looked… teachery. And not like that teacher who was awesome and wore funky stuff and who everyone loved — no. The OTHER teacher. The one who stuck to earth tones and Easy Spirit shoes. It was all boring, and even though it was an outlet I expected something with a little more zing. The prices were ridiculous. We yawned and got bubble tea instead. It was more fun. Shame on you Michael Kors for picking on all those young designers. Pot. Kettle. Bad at fashion.
