Under new management!!! I had a wonderful experience here. Not only did they let me come into the store after it was closed, but they still did my transaction! Store is well stocked, clean, nicely decorated for the holidays, and great selection of cards and packing materials. I had to get several wrapped Christmas gifts packaged into boxes and mailed out to the west coast. They took great care packing everything so as not to disturb the wrapping paper and bows. They did a great job getting the right size packing materials and not overcharging me for a larger size box that I didn’t need, but would have been easier for them to pack and fill with styrofoam peanuts. Friendly staff, great service, excellent customer experience. Also, you can decide which shipping is best for you based on delivery timing and cost… they offer U.S. Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. Another added bonus… they are a veteran owned business. Overall, great experience — give them a try!

My husband and I have been doing all our important mailing and notarizing of documents with Steve and Marina of Parceled for many years. They are extremely honest, friendly and efficient.
Although we are now living in St Mary’s County, we still travel to do business with them.

I gave this guy three tries, walked out the third time and never will go back. The first time, he chitchatted past the point of pain while his wife talked on the phone, but he did get my package out. The second time, his wife was alone in the store, and she talked on the phone while I stood at the front counter. I said, «Hello? Hello?» loudly, and she deigned to wait on me after about eight minutes. I wouldn’t have waited if getting the package out wasn’t a matter of some urgency. The second time, I wanted to send something via UPS, and he tried to get me to send it FedEx which almost certainly makes a higher profit for them. He simply would not back off, so I walked out and haven’t returned. (Yeah, she was on the phone throughout most of that, too.) I now typically drive to the UPS store up in Dunkirk once a week even though I live in Prince Frederick. I just do not trust these people with my business. I am a court reporter by profession. Nearly everything I send is a legal document, and I have to know that the service handling it is reliable. I have no reason at all to think that they are, so I drive.
