I dont like writing reviews. There is only once that I have even written a review. This perticular instance however, I feel obligated. Having said that Comcast has been absolutely completely terrible. From their service technician that we dealt with to the customer service, this experience has been the worst service that I have ever dealt with. It has been the biggest run around just trying to get a manager on the phone. The service tech was called out to correct an issue with the tv service. After all said and done, he was rude, the supervisor tech was rude, the gate was left open so the dog ran out and my girlfriend had to go running after him, there is a temp line orange cord across the entire yard that is lying across the ground that my girlfriend tripped on(that was not requested or explained in advance that would be left there). We have been told that the line will guaranteed be buried by the 1st,(which is when her home inspection is). Then we get told it will be the 8th. We put in an escalation request, which we get told was put in incorrectly, we call again only to connect with an employee that was no assistance. We ask him to get a supervisor, after being on hold he states the mgr is busy on the phone and will contact us. This has been a nightmare. We have called so many times and gotten told so many different things. Please, for your own sanity, if at all possible avoid comcast’s service.

Great connection… when working. True colors show when customers are experiencing problems and you do nothing to fix it. Multiple phone calls from customer service confirming the problem doesn’t do anything to fix the problem. Terrible.

Summary: Come here with hours to spare. Hours, plural. No joke. No kidding. No hyperbole. Fucking hours. You think I am just talking shit, but you will see. You will go after work in anticipation to run a simple errand, and it will cost you hours of your day/life. Other than that, it is alright. Not that many crashes, although the WiFi modem they lease you has the range of John Wayne*. *Have you see any of his acting? If you are reading this because you are unfortunately residing in CenVA, you will need internet(if you want to avoid thoughts of suicide). You might be able to use Comcast to watch the shitty films Wayne is in. Just remember: Give it time to buffer. It probably won’t crash entirely, but the buffering is terrible if not mitigated first with preventive buffering. Make sure to hit your video player with the prevent defence if you want to watch whatever the hell you are intending on watching.
