BoConcept Princeton

As a long terms BO Concept Customer who recently moved to Princeton NJ, I sad to say that BO Concept Princeton is the worst place when it comes to Customer Service. During my move to NJ, my moving company had damaged a very expensive coffee table of mine which I purchased from B O Concept Carl Place, NY my husband and I wanted to have the table fixed and drove over to the Princeton location. First, the customer service lady was friendly until she heard about the problem, she when advised that I need to contact the store that I purchased the piece from and there is nothing they can do. After having a verbal sparring match with her she advised to speak to the manager who took his sweet time to come over. Once he talked over he stood in front of me crossed his arms and say what can I do for you. I blow my top off since his arrogance was just over flowing NOT to mention that every time I spoke to him he turned his head and answered to my husband. I understand that given his ethnic background he comes from a place where women are seen but not heard BUT REALLY IN NJ… So here are a few things you need to know about BO, they are super overpriced, the quality of their product is subpar and GOD forbid that you move they will not help with repairs. After paying $ 3,000.00 on a coffee table this is not the customer service I expected from them. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, so to Soho and get your furniture from here.
