Great Bed and Breakfast. It was like coming home to family, and Charles is the best cook in the family! This wonderful experience comes with my highest recommendation and Princeton is a charming small town. We only wish we had more time to spend here.

Unbelievable! The Colonel is a great host and an even better breakfast chef. Homemade compote each morning, so much delicious food you can’t decide where to start or where to stop. Every morning was something different and nothing was plain by any means. One meal he starts cooking at around 3 am. I know you think ‘m lying but that’s the truth. I honestly felt like I was staying with a favorite childhood uncle who I hadn’t seen in years. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Home is historic and Colonel Pratt can tell you all about it and what he has done to restore it. That may sound boring but we really enjoyed talking with him and Mrs Pratt and touring the entire home with him. There aren’t many lodging options in Princeton and this may be a few dollars per night more but it is worth it and still not expensive. Heck, the breakfast alone would cost you $ 20 a person anywhere that served anything like here but there isn’t anywhere serving anything like this anywhere. I’m telling you — this is the only place to stay in Princeton for couples.

Different relatives of mine have stayed here since it opened… each time we have been invited to an AWESOME breakfast! Not only that, our family members have been so excited about staying at the Cadiz St B & B… latest was Grandson and wife(married just a year). They were delighted with their stay … and grateful for military discount! We will use Cadiz St B & B anytime we have visitors from out of town(if it’s available) Mr Pratt is charming. generous and well versed in CC history!
