When I first came here, I was welcomed in by the employee Ben. He asked me what he could help me with and we discussed what would be the best fit for me. He never tried to pressure me into anything and was willing to show me everything they had. I ended up choosing the RX200 and a Uwell Crown tank. He showed me how to use the mod and fill the tank and prime the coil.
He had other customers that came in after I made my purchase and was checking out my mod, so he kindly asked me if he could leave me to help those others out. He told me that I could help myself to the free coffee or water they had. That was very nice!
When it came to juice, I didn’t know where to begin. Ben showed me the tablet they had in store with all the juices on it. There were so many I didn’t know what to choose. He then asked me if I would like to try the juice out before I bought it. I did so and some of the flavors I thought I wouldn’t like, turned out to be some of the ones I really loved! I was dead set on this place.
The atmosphere was excellent and the customer service was phenomenal! Keep it up guys and good job to Ben! If all your stores have people like Ben, you will go far!
