Jimmy John’s

Ordered a sandwich with special instructions that said «call when they get here. «Didn’t pay attention to the special instructions whatsoever and knocked on my door and woke my kid. When I talked to the stoned looking teenage driver, he said «ohh…ha…uh…» So now I’m dealing with a tantrum and when I called to complain the first person didn’t even speak enough English to understand my complaint. Then When I asked for the manager, and explained to her what happened she said «your sandwich is on the way. The driver will be right there.» Wtf?! Did you not just here what I said I got my dang sandwich and a friggin crying nightmare. Didn’t offer any apology. Wouldn’t refund my money. Didn’t even offer any compensation for their negligence. I order jimmy johns a lot and I will never order from my «home location» again.

Terrible staff, horrid sandwich. Turkey tasted like rubber. AND I had to pay an extra $ 1 for wheat bread. They may advertise fast delivery but what they are delivering is just bad food. Don’t waste your money. There are tons of choices besides a Jimmy Johns. Carl Chicago
