Wish I could give 0 stars. The WORST customer service at any convenience store I’ve ever encountered. This place is near my work so I’m in here quite often because it’s open later than cvs but am thinking about walking the extra 3 blocks to get to the Weybosset st. Location instead from now on. Every time I’ve been here there’s always someone fighting with the employees, or customers fighting with each other. The employees are rude as hell and many times will not even acknowledge you or completely ignore you. I’ve seen another customer ask for cigarettes(they were at the front of the line) and have the employee just stand there and stare at them, ignore them, and instead of helping just fiddle with their iPhones instead. Even after the customer asked politely for help several times they refused to acknowledge him. I’ve had the cashiers snap at me for asking a simple question and even before I could finish asking for a food item he cancelled my order and told me to go back to the end of the line because he was too impatient to hear me finish a sentence. I walked out of the store and told him I refuse to buy from him again and have not set foot inside this location since. I’ll happily walk the 2 – 3 blocks over to the store on Weybosset where they actually treat you like a person.

I shopped here on Friday i was trying to buy the lottery ticket and the guy was era sponsive didn’t understand what i was asking didn’t speak any English either i hate 7 eleven customer service. I told them i want play the 4 daily numbers and he starts handing me the mega power-ball ticket i mean how misunderstanding can u be i just felt so ignored the fact they can’t understand nobody don’t even know what they are saying. After he answer me i thought of nothing but to just go else where. its like they don’t like answering questions So i went to stop & shop where they punch the numbers in and i bought the ticket and u guys couldn’t even punch the numbers in at the cash register another case scenario.

Being right in the middle of downtown, on Kennedy Plaza, this 7-Eleven brings all walks of life, business types, city dwellers, transient RIPTA passengers, homeless people. It has the basic staples, from lottery tickets to milk and pizza. Its location right by city hall, the downtown bus complex and many office buildings makes it an easy stop for quick shopping.

SCARY! We stopped in to get some water and the homeless lady outside was screaming at us about some«Ni*gah» that pushed her cup-o noodles over. She blocked the doorway in front of us then followed us in to scream at everyone in the store. We got our water, paid and left ASAP.

It’s 7 – 11. It doesn’t deserve 1 star. You can come in here 24⁄7 and buy some junk food or processed gruel. If you’re stoned and starving you can’t hate on 7 – 11. The place was kind of dingy, yeah. But all 7 – 11’s are like that. There was a weird scene in there, probably some of the resident homeless population from around that area. Whatever, everyone gets the munchies sometime. The employees were ESL to the core, which is classic convenience store stereotyping. Go to this 7 – 11, you will get what you expect. A dingy convenience store.

That’s right. One star. I tried no stars, but Unilocal wouldn’t let me post it. Although it’s in season, the Pumpkin Spice, among the other flavored coffees, was not brewing. No flavored coffee anywhere in sight. Limited to only French Vanilla creamers, and the coffee station was so filthy, another patron grabbed the cleaning rag and wiped it herself. Thankfully, I’m only visiting.

This is by far the worst 7⁄11 I have ever visited. The only thing it has going for it is that it is open 24 hours a day. That’s really the only time I stop in, when I’m downtown late && everything else is closed. It has your typical convenience store stuff. The people who work there are absolutely horrible. It’s obvious they are all related to the owner because they have zero customer service skills. I’m lucky if they even make eye contact while I’m there nevermind actually say a word to me. There could be(and usually is) a line of 5+ people yet they continue to just stand around while one of them sluggishly rings us out.
