Wendy’s

Worst Wendy’s ever. Employees were literally frowning and mumbled less than five words whilst getting my order incorrect. This place is in need of a serious employee overhaul.

Abysmal. Consistently shitty. I was desperate the other day so I tried it again despite swearing that I’d never go back about a year ago. I got the spicy chicken sandwich at the drive thru and it was way overcooked and inedible. I went in the store to complain, but it was a bit chaotic with a line that seemed to form in two directions and other customers walking ahead of those lines. I left and threw the sandwich in the garbage on the way out

If this place could have –10 000 stars it would. RUDEEE employees. At the window talking SUPER low. Couldn’t even hear her on the mic from the drive through. Besides that she gave me my total rushing me when I wasn’t even done placing my order. Disgusting attitude. Cold food with a hair in it. At least the costumer service should’ve made up for the poor food quality. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT.

If I could give negative stars I would. Despite repeating the order the drive thru still got it completely wrong and we had to throw out almost our whole order. A plain classic single with cheese came with no cheese but everything else. A plain crispy chicken came with lettuce and mayo. If you go here just remember to check your order before you get home or you risk no lunch.

Very rude girl working the window and the manager this guy had long dirty finger nails and looked sloppy I’m sorry if your a manager you should dress neat and be clean your serving food not working at a pig farm

I stopped in tonight around 2:30 AM to grab a late night snack. I visit this Wendy’s frequently as it is close to home and open late. Typically the service is usually a hit or miss, tonight though the service was a huge hit. I’m not sure if they have new employees that work the late shift but the past few visits I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the Politeness of the workers. I was greeted by a cheerful young lady who seemed happy to take my order. It felt good to have a cheerful voice come from the speaker so late in the night. I asked for wild buffalo sauce with my meal and she informed me that they were out. When I told her that I was rather upset about that because I can’t fully enjoy my Wendy’s without wild buffalo sauce she asked me to hold on. About two minutes later she came back to the window with wild buffalo sauce. She told me that the shipment came in today and was buried in the stockroom she’ll literally went into the stockroom unburied the box and opened it up just to get the sauce for me. I thanked her and she smiled and told me to have a wonderful night. The food tasted fresh and the fries were not soggy. I know this is only Wendy’s and writing a review on Wendy’s is kind of corny, but I will definitely be back and hopefully receive the same kind of hospitality. Finally this Wendy’s is moving the right direction

I typically don’t Unilocal fast foods places because let’s be honest folks, they all suck. But this particular one takes the cake. Almost everytime I come here they screw up. Forget food, screw up order, forget to put coupons through. That’s fine, it’s expected. The only thing I don’t tolerate is rude. I know your job sucks but if your not happy get another one, I don’t want your rotten attitude when I ask for ketchup.
