Lovely accommodations, the perfect weather and breakfast for your province town vacation. Squeaky floors yeah but it’s historic. Better rates in off-season but worth the full season price. Don and his crew run a tight ship.

Had a great experience at the John Randall House. The place is really clean, and is decorated very well. Warm feeling from the atmosphere all around. The breakfast was very well rounded and filling. There were Greek yogurts, apple fritters, bagels, peanut butter, Nutella, jams, hard boiled eggs, cereals, bananas oranges and apples, etc. They have a nice area outside to sit in the sun, and a great I enclosed deck for lounging. The TVs in the rooms were a little small, but the refrigerators were good size. Hopefully you won’t be watching too much TV while in town. We were in a room with a shared bathroom, but the bathroom was spacious and really clean. I recommend it.

Booked a weeks vacation here. Got the living social deal but we decided to make it a week vacation. I booked 2 or 3 months in advance to get my room because all the dated for weekends were booked When I got there they told me that there were plumbing problems with the room. okay cannot argue with that. Right? Well that was until I saw a woman come out of the room… THEYGAVEMYROOMTOSOMEONEELSE… the room they gave me was«pet friendly» when I booked a room that was NOT pet friendly. The bed in room 8 was like sleeping on a piece of wood and so were the pillows. I can’t tell you how the other beds are. The bathroom is a small walk in closet so if you want to shower with your honey that isn’t happening… Then again you may not want to the bottoms of the shower curtain was moldy(nothing that throwing it in the washing machine would not have fixed). Oh do not try to call them because they normally do not answer… Email is the best… ok the good… Most of the art was nice Management offered to help find us a new place to stay and I would have had my gf feeling it was a major inconvenience after bringing all of our stuff up the stairs(2 women don’t pack light). I wish I had let them… The shower curtains(thou dirty) were pretty. The curtains in the room were nice… I would not go back… if you go bring your own pillows…

My hubby booked a few nights at the John Randall House to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had wonderful stay. He had called to confirm our reservation and had let them in on that it was our anniversary, so when we arrived we found they had booked us in first floor room #1(the largest room). I loved the personal touches, from the note wishing us a happy anniversary, the fresh flowers and the bottle of wine welcoming us. The room itself was very clean– I loved the tall four post bed(which I had to use the step stool to get in to) and the art work decorating the walls. Everyone that works there was so sweet and added to the great stay, we especially loved their adorable pup, Leo! Which leads me to the next high point, they allow dogs(I think it’s only $ 20 additional per day). Unfortunately, we left the pup at home this time, but plan on coming back in the future with ours! Overall, we had a great time staying at the John Randall House and these are the reasons why: –The location is perfect– it’s one block off of commercial street so the heart of PTown is a quick few steps away. — It’s affordable(seriously, not many places can beat their prices) and worth every penny! — They allow dogs. — Free Parking. Speaking of parking, because of the location of the John Randall House, you can get in and out of PTown without having to drive through the center/congested town center and can easily make your way in & out.
