Phillips Heating & Air Conditioning

After struggling with our landlord for almost a week, we finally got a heating & air conditioning professional to come look at the swamp cooler.
My landlord called Phillips Heating & Air Conditioning Llc first thing in the morning. Within an hour, they called me back, and set up an appointment (the lady on the phone was extremely friendly!).
The heating and air conditioning employee arrived on time, and was very kind. He patiently worked on the defective swamp cooler. He called back an hour later to check on it. He came back to give us a definitive conclusion.
We are extremely frustrated with our landlord, however, Phillips Heating & Air Conditioning gave us a professional opinion that will help us tremendously to get this swamp going.
