Hired Environmental for a pest problem in furniture and flooring. They treated the furniture with the wrong chemical, came back a few months later — now the furniture is mostly destroyed — and said, ‘oops — now it will cost you 10times the original treatment price for us to treat it with the right stuff. We didn’t warranty on that last one, but this time will warranty it. They told us not to worry about the floor. Now and entomologist has confirmed that three floors of the house have and infestation, which is costing us thousands of dollars to remediate. They also missed a mouse problem in the attic and basement. But hey! They agreed to give us a couple hundred dollars back!

I have been a client of Environmental Termite & Pest Control for about a year now. I enrolled in their quarterly service plan and I am truly happy with this company. Anytime I have a concern (i.e. I see something creepy or crawly that I can’t identify) I just pick up the phone and call them– they always have the answers. I also appreciate that they are truthful– if something is harmless, they will tell you to save your money because it’s probably not worth treating. Highly recommend this company!

Being new to the area, I wasn’t aware of the tick problem out here, but when I discovered last night that my cat had been bringing ticks into the house by the dozen, I was pretty grossed out. I found Environmental Termite and Pest Control through an online HomeAdvisor request, and the company called me first thing this morning to offer their services. Out of three companies that called with a quote for indoor fumigation and outdoor spraying, they were the least expensive and the only one willing to rearrange their schedule to come out this afternoon. When the tech got here, he was professional and friendly and offered what I felt to be an honest assessment. He treated the house right away, rather than scheduling an appointment to come back later, and called me to notify me when he was done.
The price was very reasonable, and despite the fact that I have a very large house, they did not increase the price over what was quoted over the phone. The service is guaranteed for a month, and they offered to come back out for free if I notice more bugs in a few days. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I’m not at all impressed by their billing department — we wanted our bills to be emailed to us instead of mailed, but we never receive them (they’re not even going to our spam folder), and no one calls to tell you you haven’t paid. So finally we just left a credit card on file, which we don’t prefer, but at least it ensures our account is up-​to-​date. The guys that come to the house are always really great — not just at what they do, but they’re also very friendly which I appreciate. Treatments come with a warranty so if you’re having an issue in between treatments they’ll come out for free.
