Chem-Dry Express Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Chem Dry Express did a great job on my carpet and upholstery. In the future when I need service I will always call them. I had a competitor’s coupon and they had no problem accepting it! The technician was friendly and very informative. All around great experience!

I found them on the internet and they had a coupon listing $ 199 for the whole house. When I contacted them, the lady who answered grudgingly accepted the coupon but told me that the coupon wasn’t supposed to be there but they would go ahead an honor it (curious, as now 1 month later the coupon is still on their website). Her son came out and their machine broke when he tried to start the job and he had to come back a couple of days later and was supposed to give me a call. But in fact I was the one who had to keep calling them for a second appointment. They finally came back and did the job but the whole time the two guys were scowling and were not friendly. The carpets appeared clean but overall it was not a pleasant experience with poor customer service. This is surprising since I was the one inconvenienced. I would not ask them to come out again.
