The very frustrating factor about this company is that they refuse to give you a day and a time range of when the product will be delivered. You have to actually pay an additional fee(30 $) to get a specific day AND they still won’t give you any time range of delivery. Because they only deliver Mon — Friday you are forced to miss a day of work /pay until they decide to show up and deliver the propane. I am vexed as to why they can’t even give you a time range I.e., 9 – 12, 10−2pm, 12−5pm… Nothing! The phone and cable company can do this, quite successfully actually as well as our pool company! They won’t delivery to our location unless our dogs are put up so I stay home to keep put the dogs inside for when Ferrell shows up. When I’ve called in the past, several times, to try and get some kind of range of time or a solution to this, I’m received by rude and negative customer service. Becky(Rebecca?) in particular likes to tell you«what her company WON’T do for you» as she takes your credit card for payment. Sadly, we would go elsewhere for our propane needs due to the frustrating service they provide, but we are forced to use them and cannot use another provider because the tank we have is through them and only allows them to service you. So, before you choose this propane provider I would check your other options and see if another outfit gives better customer service and doesn’t charge you extra Just to get a specific day delivered and time range.
