Horrible customer service at the Puyallup location. Took my Dyson in and was told that it’d be $ 150 to fix it with parts (clutch assembly) I said ok, then she said well I don’t think he can get the clutch assembly part and that the store didn’t fix Dysons. I pointed out that their website said they did and she said well not the DC14 and showed me the door. Very rude, I believe her name was Gertrude. I googled when I got home and it’s not hard at all to get the part. I would avoid the Puyallup location like the plague.
