First visit, last visit… watermelon said seedless it’s beyond full of them and it’s on its last leg, too ripe… my son saw a coconut, kid science project so to speak, asks to buy n check it out. I know enough about coconut having been to the Hawaiian Islands more than 20 times, it was a rotten smelly mess. … poor visit!

I went to this place yesterday, I was extremely disappointed of how poorly I was treated as a customer. I also believe this man, happens to be the owner! so I was at the checkout and asked him a simple question… I said what are your berry growing practices, meaning: do you use pesticides? to which he immediately got DEFENSIVE, well I should clarify, that first he ignored my question and just gave me the total of $ 13.00 for blacberries and raspberries… I personally think this place is overpriced! considering, they are not ORGANIC! farms don’t have to be USDA certified organic to be considered Organic! just don’t use pesticides and THAT’S IT! when I hear«locally family own farm» I assume they use high growing standards to their community! but this guys said it will be impossible not to use pesticides! REALLY??? this is a very ignorant statement. I’ve gone to non certified organic«family own farms» that don’t use pesticides to grow their berries, and they understand the sense of their product being good not only for the community but to the environment. I will NEVER go back to this place, and certainly I will make sure that everyone we know and their uncles don’t either! SOOVERPRICED for a local, FULL of PESTICIDESBERRIES! these people are lacking some customer service skills as well.

Way too expensive for a place with Farm in the name. Some fruits and veggies on the older side. especially those cold storage apples. Green grapes over $ 6 lb right now. Red grapes almost $ 4. Avacados spoiling are mixed in with newer 3/$ 5 but I can go elsewhere for that too I would rather go to the place I always go down the road a piece. Not worth a drive here. I came once before and believe it was the same and left. They want too much money for their product period. Won’t be back. There’s competition out there by far reasonable. Even the plants they sell are way out in left field price wise. Too bad! I love going to places like this for good deals.

If you want the sweetest fresh corn then this is the place. They pick corn every morning. They also have a wide variety of fruit and veggies. A good selection of plants and pots. Very friendly too!!!

The staff/owner’s are not very friendly, they are just rude. I’ll keep going to Valley Farms.

I was there a week ago. The staff was not very friendly, and were eating produce while walking around, and while ringing up customers. They offered great produce, but i noticed they weren’t always from local farmers. I was too grossed out watching employees eat the produce that i decided not to buy anything. I went to Valley Farms instead.

This is a great place to shop for fresh local produce. We enjoy supporting our local farmers and the quality of items are awesome. Their prices are competitive with the local grocery stores and sometimes even better! Not only do they have produce but they sell pots, fertilizer, plants(tomato, herbs, etc), salsa, bread, frozen berries, ice cream, jam from the local Jam Factory in Puyallup, local honey, and Smith Brothers milk. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. They’ve been open just a few weeks and we’ve been there at least once or twice a week. The stand is open and airy, roomy aisles, and well lit. My family will visit us from Seattle and they love this stand. My Mom RAVED about their lettuce, grapes, apricots, and strawberries. We are a fan and I hope that they continue to do well.

This is the best place to get fresh produce in Pierce County! Literally, everything looks beautiful and tastes even better. Prices can be high, but well worth it. Try their grapes… it’s the best $ 9 you’ll ever spend in your life. The people who work there are all very nice and knowledgeable about their produce. So glad they have this location!
