Esteban Land Design

If I could leave 0 stars I would. He set an appointment with me and never showed. Didn’t even have the courtesy of calling to say he couldn’t make it. Very appalled that he doesn’t value a potential customers time. Don’t bother using.

I was looking for a reputable company to do some major landscaping work on my back yard. I wanted all new irrigation, the whole yard regraded, some plants removed and new ones installed and finished off nicely with rock. I came across Esteban Land Design on the internet and called for a free consultation. Esteban answered on the first call, set up a meeting right away and showed up as promised. He walked the backyard with my husband and I and listened to our questions and concerns about the drainage issues and the overall vision we were hoping the yard would look like once it was done. He took good notes, gave some professional advice and provided us with a quote on the spot. We were highly impressed by Esteban and his demeanor with us. We booked with him right away and he was able to get us on the schedule fairly quickly. He had a crew on site until the job was done and actually finished the job faster than anticipated. His crew was amazing and darn hard workers. My new plants/​trees are beautiful, I now have proper drainage (we just had two storms to prove it!), the irrigation system works like an irrigation system is supposed to work and we have the beautiful backyard that we envisioned. After the work was done there were a few things I asked to be changed and Esteban was out the next day himself to get things to my perfection. I hope in the spring to redo the front yard and wouldn’t have anyone but Esteban and his team do the work. If you are looking for a trust worthy, hardworking and fair businessman than look no further than Esteban Land Design. You will not be sorry you choose them to do the job!

We called them out for a estimate, aid okay, he gave us a day, no show. He came the next day 6am, said artifical grass was the best ever. Gave him over $ 1000.00 to buy pavers. 2 men, one continously on phone, little work. Next day he wanted over $ 1000 to buy grass. Installed. He used regular play box sand on pavers, left a mess. Cement all over new and old pavers. Came next morning to finish, before they were done wanted balance over $ 1000. Grass, cement, tons of wrong sand and paver cut pieces left for us. Never ever hire them unless you want to spend hours like we did cleaning up. Not sure how we will fix the pavers or remove cement discoloration.
