I am usually NOT a fan of Ross as a business, but I will shop at this location. It’s usually organized and the isles are clear. The employees are great. I had an employee doing their clearance mark down scan several items for me to see if they are going to be part of the markdown… she invited me to bring more over to her and was pleased to do the extra work.

Usually fully stocked, clean and friendly. Lines can get long but at the most busiest times of the day. The only Ross I’ve been to where everything is kept nice and clean, and doesn’t make you feel gross and creeped out. Definitely a place to check out if you’re a bargain shopper!

Decent prices, usually decent customer service. Annoying having to carry bags and a two year old out of the store due to carts having to stay within the store.
