Trinity Embroidery

We resentfully moved to AZ and needed some embroidery work done. Found Trinity on line, and that is when the problems started. Drove by the address and no such company there, called the number and they have moved and never updated their website. Could not located them by the directions given. After 2 tries finally located them off a dirt road into a private home. The were behind in some some out building. No sign on the road. Was told originally that they would do 1 shirt for me to show me their work. When I arrived was very rudely told by a woman that is not what they do. Fortunately the lady I spoke to showed up. She told me it would be 7 – 10 days for the work to get done. After 10 days and not hearing back, i called and come to find out they had not even started our order. I was very disappointed in the communications. I asked when could they get to it and they replied maybe a few days or take it somewhere else. It was quite apparent that they were more concerned with other business than cultivating new business. I went by and picked up our shirts and there was no apology, nothing. This a a small time operation and if you are not a school order, you are wasting your time. Definitely think twice about using these people.
