The same conclusion as everyone else, it is the closest BK to us. But I will be going to the one in New Hyde park now. This is the most ill managed, inefficient locations possible. The line is ridiculous and not because of the food, the sheer speed it takes to place an order doesn’t really cover the whole«fast food» concept. its turned into a pretty sad situation, there could be literally 2 people on line and it will take nearly 15 mins to complete the transaction of ordering food and making it through the drive thru. The staff here is nice and honestly they do do a good job of attempting to handle the rush by themselves. But then you just get nasty people, nasty attitude when ordering at the drive thru, and an even nastier attitude when you pay at the window. Like your making their day worse by making them work, if you don’t like the job go elsewhere someone else will gladly take your job and smile. You always have to check your bag and receipt, on countless occasions I have had to argue over my bill. They just hit buttons and hope for the best.

This is the closes b.k. to me, which sucks, the employees looks just as miserable as my burger, esp the morning staff, except for the morning manager, [not sure of her name, short hair w/glasses]. She always serves w/a smile. Heres a tip to the staff, not happy? Move on n give someone else the opportunity to shine n serve my burger w/a smile.

This is the closest BK to my house, so it’s more convenient. Usually it’s okay, but one time I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and got another salad with blue cheese and berries. I returned it and when they gave me my chicken Caesar I noticed there were pieces of blue cheese stuck to my chicken. I’m allergic to blue cheese! I asked for my money back and returned the salad and when I told them why they denied switching the chicken from the old salad to my salad even though it was evident that they did! They made me wait 10 mins to get my money back. That was in June and I haven’t been there since!

The closest Burger King to my house, but sadly I would rather travel a bit more and go to another one. I’ve never went inside to eat, they don’t have any outside seating either. Every time I’ve been by this Burger King would be on the drive-thru. Sadly enough whenever I get into that drive-thru, I end up just going to the Popeye’s side which is in the same building. The staff here are nice and quite but the service is a bit on the slower side. Be careful and check your bag when you leave, twice I’ve left this spot and there were things missing. As soon as you go back and tell them, they get it for you right away without a hassle. They just need to focus, get the orders correct and have them out quickly.

I just returned from this burger king and had a terrible experience. I wasn’t very hungry so instead of ordering a combo meal, I decided that I would order some items from the Value Menu. I ordered a whooper jr, chicken tenders, soda, and fries. Each of these items were supposed to be 1.00 each but I saw on my receipt that the soda and the fries were each 1.59. I was confused and went to speak with the cashier to find out why I was charged extra than what was stated on the menu. Both the cashier and another staff immediately made it their goal to point out that it was my fault for not specifying correctly whether I was ordering from the regular menu or the value menu. I was clearly staring at the value menu while giving my order! The other staff(besides the cashier) because the cashier seemed like she didn’t know much English did most of the talking and was very rude. He was not courteous and understanding. I could care less about receiving a dollar back but I won’t tolerate rudeness. I responded to them saying I didn’t appreciate their behavior and this was a restaurant where customer service skills were necessary, and the staff actually escalated their attitude. The staff even came over to my table and began intimidating me, cursing at me, and even threatening me to meet him the next day at 3 pm outside somewhere else, LOL! He was clearly unprofessional and I was bashing him the whole time for being rude and knowing nothing of customer service. I asked the two staff for their names but they both declined to give it. The guy who was giving me a hard time even claimed he was the manager when I asked him where the manager is. The manager wasn’t there but I will go back to speak to him. Terrible service. Will not go back there. This guy who gave me a hard time works there after 3pm to 11pm. He’s an southeast Indian guy whose kind of built.

I once found a bug in my soda from this place. The New Hyde park location is better, but I still go here as it’s close to home, and where else am I going to get onion rings? I guess it’s average for a burger king, I did ask once for large onion rings and a small soda for my combo, and the employee argued with me about wasting my money and that I should get the large drink because it would cost the same. I didn’t want the large because it was just a waste. I pick up my order and what do they give me? A large soda, what happened to have it my way? Still better then the service at Wendys, and burger king has a veggie burger!
