For a Fantastic slice or an awesome pie with all the fixings find your way to Prima Pizza. I pass at least four pizzerias on my way to Prima Pizza. Call it in, pick it up or have it delivered, then simply enjoy.

Terrible and should be shut down. Absolutely intolerable. Order took 3 hours and person on the phone hung up on me.

Their pizza is okay. We’ve been going to them for the past 10 years. But there’s always an issue. Everytime I want to order something besides a regular slice, they take forever to prepare it. Also, when we went there for the first time, we asked about their menu. The guy with the mustache. I’m guessing he’s the owner. rudely told my mom that the menu is right in front of her so just read it. Then today I called to ask what time they close and the guy — I’m guessing it’s the same guy with the mustache — rudely said please hold. How long does it take to tell someone what time a store closes? Bad customer service.

Prima piazza help is the worst. You call up for a pie for a picK up they say it will be ready in 15 min. You walk to the place the pie was not even made yet. My advice is don’t go to this place. It happen to me it will definitely happen to u. They got kids running the front fuck u prima pizza

I’m a huge fan of this place. They’ve got the best pizza in that area. The owner is always so sweet and nice, Greets me as soon as I walk in, Makes polite conversation and always seems very happy. Its not really a great sit down place, but its cheap, and the service is fast. I just wish it was easier to find parking around there, but that’s not their fault.

Just gotta say… I came here a few months back and I was waiting on my order. The owner(Joe?) was sitting at one of tables eating. These 3 teenagers come in, one of them had his pants sagging down to his knees. The owner was like«Hey, pull your pants up! There’s a lady in here!» LMAOXD Seriously, love this guy. Great sense of humor — and best pizza in NYC! Prima is #1! :) ~ By the way… to all the other reviewers complaining about the fact that the slices are $ 2 — DEALWITHIT. Go to any other pizzeria in NYC and you’ll be paying $ 2.50 and up, so $ 2 is actually a pretty good deal. This is 2015, not 1985! Get with the times! The prices here are unbeatable, especially for the kind of quality you’re getting.

This is one of the best pizza places in Queens Village. It’s only $ 11.50 for a large pizza, and it’s great!

Classic new york pizza slice place, has $ 1 junior slice, but you are better off going for the regular $ 2 slice. Long delivery times, that’s the only negative, better off ordering and picking it up. Give them at least 45mins for an order, not the fastest.

This is the neighborhood hangout for teens. They serve $ 1 slices called junior slices. The pizza is good. The Italian ices are really good too. The owner is friendly. It’s a pretty regular queens pizza shop.

Pizza tastes bad, and they need to take down the $ 1 pizza sign, it’s $ 1 for a kids size slice. I ordered two plain slices and was charged $ 2 a slice, when I asked why if it clearly says $ 1 pizza I was told«Oh I’m sorry, that’s for the kid slices» which I didn’t even know they offered. I was never warned when ordering that the deal is only for the kids size pizza slice. You’re better off going to any of the other local pizza shops.

Definitely the best pizza in Queens Village. We ordered a large pepperoni with bacon all over it, and they didn’t skimp. The pizza was moist, and really flavorful. It had a good balance of ingredients and it came piping hot. Their garlic knots were not oily at all, it was warm and had lots of garlicky goodness. I also tried their italian ices i wasn’t a huge fan of the creamy coconut. But the regular coconut was really yummy.

By far the best chicken ceaser salad in the neighborhood… and lets not 4get about the meatball & chicken parm. and oh they make pretty good garlic knots also. the 1 problem i have is they take a lil long on del. But the wait is well worth it.

Prima pizza passes the benchmark for what a NYC pizza should be; nice, thin crust with a good ratio of crust: sauce:cheese. It’s a good pizza. You can’t go wrong here. The Sicilian has a not as thick crust as the usual square slices, which I liked. It also had a very tasty, crispy bottom. While Prima is very good, it doesn’t quite reach the level of NYC pizza immortality. The place IS very clean and the pizza man is very personable. The specialty pizzas in the showcase looked really good, too(all specialty pizzas are made on a «round Sicilian» crust.)

The pizza pies and the garlic knots are solid. Occasionally, the pie can be overcooked but for the price i forgive and forget. Pies are $ 10 for pick up only. The owner is very eccentric and takes pride in his pizza and prices. I’ve seen this guy give an old woman shit for telling him his slices are too expensive — made me smile. If you tell this owner you like something, there is a chance he’ll order it. I told him I like mint chip ice next thing you know he orders a tub of the stuff. I like Sierra Mist. They were out of the stuff, mentioned it to the owner. They have never been out of the mist since. It’s a beautiful thing!

I stopped here or some lunch because the«$ 1.00 slice» lunch special seemed appealing. Its a false advertisement. The $ 1.00 slice is a «Jr.» slice looks like a slice made in an Easy Bake Oven. So I got two regular Sicilian slices that I will admit looked delicious, but looks didn’t match. They were BLAH and undercooked. The best way to describe it would be dough with red paste and cheese. The sauce had no flavor. They advertise«award winning» wings, but I wouldn’t waste my money on trying them. Their fountain soda was terribly flat and warm. The Italian ice selection seemed good, but as I was there a woman got an ice and the owner shared a seemingly tall tale about the crystallization of the sugar in the ice. It really looked like when ice cream and ice gets the nasty looking crystals on top when in the freezer too long. Steer clear!

My cousin showed me this place, to show me what a classic NY pizza was like. I was amazed when I tried the regular cheese slice. It was simple and beautiful. It was packed full of flavor and undoubtedly the best slice I had in NYC thus far. It is everything you’ve seen in the movies as a kid, everything you would hope NYC pizza would be. This is my NYC pizza temple. For the record, I’ve had better pizza in Queens than I have in any other borough, people just don’t know what they’re missing out on!
