My family has been coming here for about 8 months. The kids attend the Korean martial arts classes taught by Master William. It’s obvious from just meeting Master William that he knows his stuff. He’s highly trained, makes yearly visits to South Korea to Polish his trade, and the best part is that he’s great with kids (finally a martial arts class my kids love and look forward too). My wife attends Selma’s yoga classes. She tells me Selma is such an open spiritual person who openly shares her gift of her understanding of yoga. My wife’s health and spiritual well being has never been better, and she attributes all this to Selma’s yoga class. Go, you won’t regret it.

Selma’s studio is very welcoming and if you have kids that want to take karate, this place has a great small group of classes.
