Place is big
Nice And clean
At first i did not know how to use the machine
Because they have card instead if coins
They don’t charge you to dry
There is enough machine for everyone
They have car parking for there costumer
I will go back.

So tonight I was doing my laundry with my 2 kids I went inside to switch my clothes from washer to dry and then go back in the car and watch my movie, when I come out (3min later) some tow truck was taking my car out of this private lot, then some guy comes up to me and says why were you park there I said cause my kids are here and I need to switch the clothes, he says your car is up the block, I go and they have my car in the air, long story short I tell em I am a military police officer please can I get a professional courtesy, he says no you were parked in a fire lane. I said no I wasnt, and the guy I spoke to earlier walks up and tells me you were park there, I said no I was unloading, he says im the property manager and you are allowed to do that, so im like whats the problem, he says why were your doors locked and car off, I said I drive a bmw with my phone and wallet in it, why do you think. In the end the cops came and said the property manager has last say to take the car because its a private lot, I ask the man please help me, he sits there deciding then just walks away, I tell him your just going to ignore me anf he continues to walk away, the tow truck driver says hey look ill make a deal just pay me 68 bucks instead of the original 140 he was asking for. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CAR RIGHT OUT OF THE LOT!!!

When I started coming here a year ago and rosemarie was manager I loved coming here. Now that you have drove her away the replacements have been nothing to rave about. The new store manager is very rude and the place is always dirty. The toilets never work. I really think I must find another place to go. Not happy anymore.

Their dry clean service is very poor! I gave some my expensive clothes for dry cleaning on July and this is October now. I have not got my clothes back. The manager is very rude and never answers phone calls. I filed a complaint to DCA now. Hopefully I’ll get some answer now!
