Living Room Steakhouse & Lounge

The place is nice but I can’t have dinner in an indoor restaurant that allows smoking. Everyone, even the staff was smoking. My eyes were red and I reeked of smoke by the time I got out of there.
LEts talk about the food. My steak was great but my friend ordered his rare (he like is a little bloody inside), it came out completelyt raw and had to send it back. We waited an hour for the food to arrive and the wait staff was very impersonal and didnt care.

I came here after 11pm when it was already transformed to the lounge, so I didn’t try the food. The drinks were yummy and the service was pretty good. The décor is pretty nice and the place itself is pretty big with a nice bar and huge dancefloor. One negative note was that at the beginning of the night the music selection was better than when the actual party started but other than that the place isn’t too bad

I, as well as the group that I was with, was fairly disappointed with this place. Living Room Steakhouse and Lounge was recommended to me by a friend. If I remember correctly the friend stated «the décor is exquisite and the food is good to try for once.» Unfortunately, I did not go past the first three bites. The group and I did not bother ordering any appetizers since we decided to buy a couple of bottles of wine.
My entrée was the strip steak, my favorite type of meat. Sadly, it didn’t live up to my expectations. First of all, the meat was not tender nor did it have any taste. Normally, steaks at other steakhouses marinate their meats. For the price I paid, the food was not worth it. My friends complained as well. The sides were okay. The wine was good.
Would I eat here again? Absolutely not.
Now onto other observations…
The music was a tad too loud. Last time I checked, I was there to enjoy food and a conversation… not have blasting music.
The service was not up to par. The wait staff were not engaging, except for «anything else?»… sorry for making you do your job. At the bar area, the tenders weren’t too friendly.
On the plus side, the décor is amazing and I like it. The atmosphere is a bit too stuffy though.
Maybe it was that one time but I would rather take my $$ elsewhere. =\
