I am so happy with the quality work done by this company! I emailed them 2 pictures of my dogs, one lying in the grass and the other sitting up by the pool. Yesterday I recieved my paintings and the vibrant colors and attention to detail were incredible. I never expected to get something so original and so beautiful at this price. I will be getting more paintings in the future to decorate my house, I only wish I had found them earlier. Just amazing what they can do, at such a low cost!

ordered a customized painting of a photo for my boyfriend as a birthday/​Christmas gift. The painting turned out very beautiful and I am happy with the product. However, the costumer service I received was horrible and it took forever to receive the order. I briefly was worried that this was a scam company and that I would never receive my order.
I was told it usually takes 12 – 15 days before an order ships. So, I went ahead and ordered the item, as it should have arrived in time. I received my order over 6 weeks later, after several frustrating emails/​online chats/​phone calls to costumer service. They told me my painting was «taking a long time to dry» (really?!) and then after probing they finally said that the artists were off for the holidays and they had a lot of orders to complete. Ok, but maybe someone should have mentioned that in the beginning so that I wouldn’t expect my order to be done in 12 – 15 days like it was supposed to. Or they could have contacted my to tell me about the delay. Instead I had to harass them to get an answer on why my order hadn’t shipped yet.
In the end, there was no apology, and no offer of any type of discount (present or future) or anything to make it up to me. End of story, it was a good product, but horrible experience with the company. I’m sure you could get an equally good product from a better company who will actually take the time to value you as a costumer.
