this also happened to me. i keep calling then called from a different number. someone picked up and i told them what happened. i told her that i was going to have to take further action. she said someone would call me the next day. the owner called and came to my place. gave me my money back and said the guy who came had been contracted out. said he was fired.

I AGREE WITH EVERYTHING SAL V SAID. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I ONLY WISH I SAW HIS REVIEW BEFORE I USED HIM.
THE SAME EXACT SITUATION HAPPENED TO ME. He took a $ 100 deposit, kept delaying the appointment and then claimed to have had the parts broken. He said he would give the deposit back and never answered the phone again. DO NOT EVER CALL HIM.
