Every time my mother visits, a trip to this store is a must-​do on our mother-​daughter fun-​time list. I have had nothing bad to say. The Ultra store brand has been great: beautiful jewelry with great prices. And this particular location is tended by a remarkable staff who give superb service. I have chosen 4 stars only because they are currently undergoing a merger with Kay Jewelers and I am not yet sure how this will affect their stock, prices, etc. But I know that I will continue to drive an hour outside the city, and 45 minutes past a closer store, to go to this location.
