Call Brigida, MD

Sadly, my doc was retiring so I had to find one ASAP. I saw that Dr. Call was in the same building as my previous doc & decided to give her a try. The reviews on her weren’t that good, but she got high ratings through Harvard Vanguard so i decided to give her a try. From the moment I called to make Dr. Call my PCP I was treated with kindness. Her receptionist is so nice. It was great to not have to fight with a receptionist for once! I made my first appointment & went in — again, greeted by the awesome receptionist (I think her name is Fran?) and formally welcomed to the practice. I have never had that! The staff took me to an exam room about 10 minutes after waiting which is fine. They were very nice as well. Finally got to meet Dr. Call. She is nice and thorough — she doesn’t skip over any details — even though I went in for a pulled back & simple bloodwork, she still made sure everything else was ok. She called me today, personally, to let me know of my results. Wow. So glad I found another good doc :)
