I ate here last night with several coworkers. I ate the steak tips and fries which was good. Several of my coworkers got cheeseburgers or Shepards pie which were also good. However, several also ordered the salmon for dinner. It was very very dry. The server was nive but very very slow. Overall experience was ok/to slightly better than ok.

This is a good restaurant. It is located inside the Marriott Quincy. They have a nice little bar with a good no. of tables. It was bustling with people. I had ordered fried calamari, flatbreads and Pan-seared salmon. All of them were just awesome. The salmon was very fresh and tasted great. The fried calamari stood out. It was not very oily and tasted good with the drinks. They also have a good collection of wines. Service is also great !

Nice little bar /restaurant in Quincy Marriott. The place has a semi pub vibe and is an absolute convenience for people staying at the Marriott. The menu is pretty extensive and the lineup of beers on tap impressive. Went to meet a couple of old friends visiting town from down south for work. We sat at the bar and had a couple of drinks before heading out in town. There are enough seating options both at the bar as well as in the main dining area. You can say the place is kid friendly because it is in a hotel. The bartenders were really nice. It can get a bit busy because the Marriott usually has many conferences /meetings going on. So the business crowd usually trickles in here after work on weekdays. But that is kind of expected. And again, because it is in a hotel, prices are slightly on the higher side. If you are coming in for dinner /drinks here, the parking lot is right at the property. First 3 hours is free and there is minor incremental charge for every hour from then on.

Always a great place to visit. The bartenders are quick to get your drinks or take an order for dinner. The menu is always fresh and different with the food served to perfection. This is a place where you can go with friends or family and always feel comfortable

Went here for business for the president of both parties. They recommended to order before, which they did. They weren’t able to make an exception for grilled chicken instead of buffalo friend chicken, but they didn’t tell us. Food was fresh and good, and otherwise service was good. Parking is a little tricky. Quiet/low key.

Located in the hotel lobby. Solid menu. Typical pub fare with a few special items. Good food with good portions. Went with burger and wings tonight. Hit the spot after a long day. Children’s portions are«big kid» size, probably big enough for an adult.

Fast service, decent food. My boyfriend and I went for burgers and fries. The sweet potato fries were very good, and the burger was average. Service was pleasant and speedy. Overall we were pleased!

The food was good, but nothing to write home about. I’m general there was nothing good or bad to say, they gave me exactly what I ordered and how I asked for it to be cooked, it was relatively fast, and that was that. If you’re staying at the hotel(Boston Marriott in Quincy) it’s definitely a nice relaxed place to grab lunch. I wouldn’t go out of my way to find it though…

The food has always been top notch and the beer selection is impressive to say the least. I live up the road from here so it’s convenient to go for a pint or two or three or four. When my parents are in from out of state they always stay here and enjoy eating here and they are also beyond picky in regards to food. I stay mostly to harpoon ipa and their tap line is clean. The other beers I’ve had on tap are also from clean tap lines. Their staff on the floor is top notch as well as their bar staff. Check out their prime rib specials on Friday nights and Saturday night. Can’t go wrong!

This little Irish bar served my all time favorite clam chowder! I’m hoping that they still serve it.

Don’t hate on Kilroys. It is a bar in a hotel but fun to go here in the summer with the outdoor situation they have going on. ahhhh one more of the many things I will miss now that summer is over and we are approaching winter. Not only is the bar atmosphere fun, food is good and better than average bar food.

I have been to Kilroy’s twice in the past 3 yrs — not sure why I don’t go more often, but both times have been excellent. It is casual and relaxed inside. Service is quick and friendly. Drinks are plentiful — expensive, but large glasses. Ordered the Dark & Stormy, and while it was close to $ 10, the glass was huge and drink strong. Salmon is fantastic over a bed of greens, pine nuts, goat cheese and light dressing. $ 19 Was as good as a fine restaurant. Highly recommend for a casual lunch/dinner.

Okay, so it’s a hotel bar. However, I just can’t let them get away with their dirty taps. Now once but TWICE we have grabbed drinks there(both the manfriend’s folks and mine stay there when they come town) and the taps have been dirty. I didn’t even chance it the second time and ordered a bottle. They apparently had a patio series event this summer where they actually offered a decent craft beer selection, one time I was even fortunate to get a leftover on a Saturday night but when we asked the next time, a different and disinterested bartender, told us we could only get the patio beers during the patio event. Which is fine but why don’t they just offer [better] craft beer on the regular?(Sorry Harpoon.)

An Irish Pub in a Marriott hotel with a small menu of decent bar food. They have local micro-brews as well as the standard mass market, macro-brews.They usually have a featured beer of the month, which is cool. If you are going to eat solo, make sure you eat at the bar, because generally if you’re at a table but aren’t in a group the wait staff seems to simply forget about you. On the flip side, they comped me a meal each time they admitted they left my food under a heat lamp in the kitchen while they forgot about me without any question or fuss. The bartending staff will fall over each other for the extra tips from a patron eating at the bar, so I feel good about stealing a little tip money out of the wait staff’s pockets on that one.

Wow! What a nice modern change — I grew up in the area and never had the opportunity to come into the Marriott until I married my husband and realized my childhood bedroom at my parents’ house may not be exactly spacious enough for 2 adults(especially since there’s only ONE bathroom!) when visiting for a long weekend. We stopped into Kilroy’s for a drink and to watch the baseball playoffs on one of their FIVE flat-screens on a Saturday night. Five certainly is a lot when the size of the place is relatively cozy, with about 8 seats at the bar and total capacity of about 50 people. With plenty of overflow space spilling into the adjacent lobby bar, I can imagine this place being packed on a major game day, especially with a lively crew of post-wedding revelers. The décor is what I consider classic-Bostonian, with lots of wood, old-fashioned beer taps and an old-school residential feel making the whole place feel very welcoming. The night that we came, we had the pleasure of meeting a nice 60-something lady from Abbington running away from home for the night. She had the quintessential Bostonian accent and introduced us to the«Raspberry Stoli Black Russian» which tasted a lot like a Dunkin Donuts raspberry jelly filled donut. In any case, we had a fun time watching the game and listening to the Abbington lady tell us all about her woes taking care of her 13– room house. The service at the bar was friendly and speedy, and the drinks were definitely very generous pours. All in all, a fun way to pass a couple of hours when visiting the South Shore and staying at the Marriott.

Kilroy’s is a small bar and grill located inside of the Marriott in Quincy(Crown Colony Drive). It is an Irish establishment with woody interior and bronze tray ceilings. I have dined her twice and it was quiet both times. A few couples and a few families. They offer a simple but sufficent menu. They have a bacon cheddar burger that is ok. Myself and my bf ordered it last time we visited(last nite) and they were both over cooked. The sweet potato fries were ok as well. Our meals weren’t very hot to be honest. The waitress was very nice. We waited a very long time for our buffalo chicken tender appetizer, she apologized, checked on it and took it off the bill. Overall ok, close to home and quiet.
