Got Tim’s name from a friend and called him about installing a new HD antennae upgrading from our older standard Directv receiver system. He was out of town at the time but called me back several times before we connected and discussed my situation. I had purchased the antennae and installation parts online and wasn’t 100% sure I had everything I needed. Tim was very honest about what may be needed and when he got to my home and checked out what I had purchased, he did see that, based on my comments, we needed something different. (Wished I had known about Satscan from the beginning.) He quoted me a price that seemed reasonable and within a couple of days the job was done! Oh, did I say that we corresponded the whole time by phone and e-​mail since this job was for our vacation house? Long and short of it, I am very pleased with Tim’s service and would definitely recommend him. Thanks, Tim!
