Everything is good. Nice cut my hair and missing youg staffs. Now a days staff is too old. Why too much wait sometimes if no one cut hair and all free. Apps show me wait time 5 minutes and I waited 25minutes. And yes they increase price from $ 12.50 to$ 16.95.

I don’t know why I keep going here. I guess because it’s close. They are NEVER nice or friendly when I walk in. Only after it looked like I was walking out the door did they say«what’s the name?» And I just wanted to get the haircut over with so I put my name in. Then, I was called up by Mona, and older maybe Haitian woman, who was just absolutely terrible. She cut my hair totally different on each side. White walled one side up over my ears, which I didn’t want, and let the hair sit behind my ear on the other side which is what I did want. She didn’t really acknowledge anything I was saying about what I wanted with my hair either. I kept saying things and was kind of just stared at. She did NOT take her time either. I was done in less than 10 minutes. Luckily I’m moving far away next month. I will NOT miss this place. I hope they ALL get attitude adjustments soon because it’s a wonder they’re still open.

This place just bad. They are alright with hair but the attitudes from the workers make it horrible. I’m not the type that has to go most expensive place but this is you get what you pay for, actually I think they charge too much for what you get. I had horrible experience there. There was this one young women who some reason thought she knew my boyfriend and even after I showed her a pic and she said it wasn’t who she was thinking if every time I went back she acted like we didn’t already establish it’s not same person. And who ever she thought he was she did not like. It was really weird mostly because who ever she was talking about apparently was just another costumer. So that was a little weird and if have keep reminding her that not same person. Also when I was going there I was getting highlights and unlike most places that will tell you what would look better or what I learned after you should do low lights I between highlights but they never told me this and my hair ended up looking horrible. All and all def not worth the money and it’s not even high prices and not even worth that. Thankfully I found nice lil real salon that actually little cheaper and way better service

I went to this place for a haircut because I was in a rush and needed one asap. After waiting only a couple of minutes they called me up. I sat down and a rather large girl that smelled like Parliaments and Bud Light threw a tarp around me. In a nails on the chalk board Boston accent she says, «how ahh yah? Can you believe this weathah? What ahh ya gonna have done sweet hahht!» I told her what I wanted while she proceeded to douse my head with a fire hose. She then pulls a pair of gardening sheers and a black plastic comb from a jar of windex. She started whacking away at my head while giving me a lovely neck massage with her overflowing mid section. After three or four minutes my haircut experience was apparently over. She ripped the smock off of me and hit me with a pillow full of talc. After being told this scalping will cost $ 16.95 the girl asks if I would like to add anything to the total. I told her to add a nickel to make it a smooth $ 17.00. I drove home with my head out the window to get all the clippings out. When I got home I shaved my head. It looks better completely bald than the masterpiece that this woman performed. I might go back when it grows in just so I can get the massage again.

I just brought my 3 daughters for a haircut recently. They needed a trim(1 — 2″) off. The staff was friendly and there was about a 20 minutes wait when we checked in. They asked if it’s a wash, cut and blow dry and I said yes. My eldest daughter, age 12, went first and then my middle daughter, age 8, went next 10 minutes later. The hairdresser said out loud that the services were going to $ 47.95. I thought I was hearing things: $ 47.95?!? Is this for each child? Is this for wash, cut and blow dry for an 8 year old? So I ask these questions. She said it’s all based on the length of her hair and not the age of person. Well, her hair barely passed her shoulders. So I said forget it. She later said the wash and cut is $ 18.95. Please explain to me why it’s any extra $ 29 to blow dry my daughter’s hair so she doesn’t walk out with a wet head?!? Seriously. Plus if I knew this up front, I would have booked something on Newbury Street for full services. So at the end I spend $ 69 including tip for all 3 haircuts and 3 wet heads when we walked out. The hairdressers were absolutely nice(I still tipped them over 20% each), but it’s the management that comes up with these prices needs to rethink their approach. Note that this is not the first time I have brought my daughters here, but it will be the last time… I think next time I’m just going to block off an hour to cut all my daughters’ hair which I have done in the past. It also only took a total of 50 minutes for 3 haircuts.

I am now done with this place. I have an interview today and I have spent roughly an hour over two days trying to rectify the aberration not-so-Super Cuts calls a haircut. I think this chain is mostly for early 20-something guys that do not mind paying too much for a lousy haircut because it is done by someone in their age range who’s qualifications end at low cut shirt. Perhaps their is a BARBER around for someone with a wife and a desire for a good haircut.

I go here, almost exclusively. Simply, I can just walk in and get a decent cut. Then again, my needs aren’t too complex. You can get a random person or specifically ask for someone. Most of them are quite friendly and remember details about you. There’s one woman with a Caribbian like accent, who I think is the best. I wish I could remember her name. She always does a great job and is fun to chat with. Lines are typically short and the place is inexpensive. If you don’t feel like cooking dinner, you can put your order in to the Chinese place next store and pick it up when your cut is done. How to get there? 225 Southern Artery bus or car. They have a private lot.
