Well, first of all they croaked an excellent little supermarket(Curtis Farms) to open in this location. The tiny produce table is like a mocking memorial to that wee gem. The downgrade however is for their slide down to primarily being a Lottery parlor. When I am in line with my milk, I do not want to be stuck behind folks who : *. Are rubbing their chins chosing 35 different scratchies. *. Made out a series of pencil forms incorrectly, causing the computer to reject them, and requiring personal assistance from the cashier on every one. *. Are loudly barking out phrases like«I will have game x for five dollars exact order, game y for two dollars any order…», as if they were sophisticated gamblers playing baccarat with James Bond, as opposed to being their in stained sweat pants. So either change the name to «Mr. T’s Lotto Emporium», or have a dedicated Lottery cashier.

This Tedeschi’s is easily the best I’ve seen in Massachusetts. It has a deli with a lot of variety. The store is wide open and always clean with a very helpful, friendly staff. And most importantly, they have the latest gossip mags for the elliptical. Anything you want is here! I feel like I’m back in Philly late nite shopping at WAWA.

My go-to place for hangover beverages. Huge wall of soda/juice/curiousities that I often need on a rough Sunday morning. Plenty of snack food and a limited frozen food selection for an Elio’s kind of day. They even have a very small produce section for emergency tomatoes. The deli is okay, I’ve been known to grab a pastrami sub here with my drinks so I don’t have to pay for delivery from someplace else but the quality isn’t great. Also, on a few occasions where we’ve bought cold cuts here we have received less-than-fresh meats(ie: ham that is discolored around the edges), so check what you’re getting before you leave the store. Why go to the deli at a Tedeschi’s? This location used to house a market with an excellent deli, and it is closer than any supermarket, so I guess it’s a combo of laziness and habit. I’m glad it’s here, I am glad they even HAVE a deli, but i wish the deli was a little better.

Convenient. Friendly people. Nice deli. I can’t complain. I go here when I’m too lazy or unmotivated to hit up Stop and Shop and I only need a few things.

When I just want a cheap coffee and I am out of coffee, milk or just too lazy to make it myself at home and my journey takes me down Adams Street, this is where I go. It is a newish, clean store. They have a large coffee island with 8 or 9 different flavors of Green Mountain Coffee. They also have iced coffee. The coffee is good and cheap. They also have a coffee card at the store where you buy 5 and get 1 free. Since I am all about the free stuff, I like that.
