My husband got his cello repaired here, no complaints. It was in the price range he was expecting to pay, they were helpful and pretty prompt (about 1 week turnaround). The owner and his wife seemed nice, they speak to each other alot in Cantonese, but their English was manageable. They seemed friendly and knowledgeable. They are conveniently located right in Quincy Center.
They also sell a range of violins, some cellos, and several supplies (eg metronomes, rosin, etc)

We are so lucky to have this store in Quincy. You can buy a beautiful string instrument here, or any of the accessories you might need, rosin, shoulder rests, strings, metronomes, cases.. . Also, the store owner is a true artisan, he has repaired my violin and my daughters a few times quickly, well and for a very reasonable price. The family that owns the shop is very nice and helpful as well.
