I used the Healthy Kitchen to cater lunch for my production office and it was AMAZING. Everyone loved it, and Carol the manager was super friendly and helpful in putting together. Great food, great people, and an extremely easy ordering process.

Love this place. Ordered a wide variety from pizza, sandwiches, dinner entrees — everything is fresh healthy and delicious. Southwest wrap with veggie burger is great, tastes like a taco in a wrap! Highly recommend if you’re looking for something healthy and hearty.

Love this place– one of the few healthy(ish) places I have found in Quincy. I have probably been here at least 10 times and always enjoy my meal. The ambiance isn’t great-it’s in a food court type place(think cafeteria style with trays) but the food makes up for it and it’s an added bonus they keep it healthy and provide nutrition facts. They have a diverse menu and almost everything we’ve tried has been good. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is portions are on the small side, they tend to mess up our orders a lot and it’s takes awhile for food to be ready. Also, kind of stinks they aren’t open on Sundays but if they could speed up the process and get our orders correct, they would be 5 stars for me. Never tried the froyo but it’s on the list for sure! Highly recommend.

I think the name is extremely incorrect. How can frozen yogurt with candy toppings be healthy??? I don’t understand! It’s just not possible! Also yogurt was a tad bit overpriced. Overall, not bad.

So many choices, and I’m not even talking about the fro-yo yet! The menu is great and pretty diverse. I thought it would be a bit boring, but I was impressed. Finally settled on the steak tip salad, and daaaamn that’s really good, tender, melt-in-your-mouth steak! It was hard to pace myself to keep the steak around long enough to go with the salad. We also tried the chicken lettuce wraps, which were ok. Too flavorful for my liking, the ginger soy was too strong for me. My friend had the salmon burger, thought it was alright. So yes, the fro-yo bar is everything you could ever want it to be. So many flavors, and some of them get changed up with the season I think? I especially liked the oreo/espresso mix. And the toppings are great and numerous. With a great location close to the highway, and ample parking out back, I will be swinging through for many a dinner and dessert(and dessert for dinner), I am sure.

Love being able to meet my friends for dinner here and not feel guilty about it! The fish tacos are my fave and froyo bar? Yes please.

The frozen yogurt here are among one of the best. The food menu is health conscious and under 500 calories. Food is great. Service is ok to fast(little wait time). Price is right for the quality and quantity of food. A must try. You may fall in love.

Really great guilt free choices! I do feel it is a little on the pricey side. Thai wrap and crispy beef lettuce wraps are so delicious and fresh so it is worth the money. Yogurt bar is also great with variety of flavors and toppings!

Great place! I go here for the yogurt as well as the food from the«healthy kitchen». Quality and health wise, it is great! The food is fresh and serves healthy lower calories meal. The only con about this place is the staff at the yogurt bar check out — immature little high school kids. meh what can you do, can’t always have the best of both world. Overall, definitely a great place for health concious food when you are dieting down…

This review is strictly for the froyo. They always have fresh fruits, mochi, and mini m&ms. These toppings and the great location keep me coming back for more. They have rotating flavors but I typically stick to tart and vanilla. They also have cute spoons that I recycle and use for treats at the house.

Usually fro-yo places are bright and sunny in a forced way that attempts to invoke the glamor of Southern Cali. Not healthy kitchen. Their fro-yo place is nestled right next to some sort of healthy dinner joint that appears to draw older people watching their waist lines, and that is fine by me. The no-frills, lack of pretention atmosphere is probably one of the main reasons why my boyfriend and I love this place so much. What it lacks in trendiness it makes up for in high quality options. They also change their flavors all the time and have about a trillion toppings– including the most delicious tropical gummy bears and marshmallow sauce you can find in the area.

The Healthy Kitchen is actually a hyrbid facility that contains at least three different kinds of things within. First there is the actual Healthy Kitchen part, which serves healthy lower-calories meals(I’ve only been for lunch) as well as frozen yogurt. The froyo stand is amazing! They have great flavors, each of them shockingly authentic, and their creative names for the swirls are good. For example, a blueberry and orange swirl becomes blueberry-orange bread. And although it sounds strange, it is really quite good! But the real stars of the froyo bar are the candy toppings. They have like a million kinds of candy, from Butterfinger to heath bar, graham crackers, chocolatey stuff, and everything else you can think of. They have hot fudge and caramel, and nine other syrups(including my favorite, Reeses) you can squeeze on top of your creation. If you are into fruit toppings, they also have a reasonable variety of fruits. I have also had a couple of uninspired sandwiches from the Healthy Kitchen sandwich facility. They generally take too long to come out and use dull ingredients, but HK does tell you the calorie, protein, and carbohydrate count of your sandwich, so there’s that. In this building there is also a moderate-sized convenience store. Bigger than a 7 – 11 but smaller than a Trader Joe’s. Nothing special about it, but you can go ahead and buy some TP or cat food while you wait too long for your sandwich. Go for the froyo, but skip the rest of the food.

Tonight I had the Fish Burritos & they were very tasty. They were filled with fish, cheese, lettuce, & guacamole. At 480 calories &48g protein they’re a great meal!

Tonight I had the Scrod with mango and it was tasty. I would get it again. I wish the entrees came with 2 sides. It’s a little pricey for take-out, but cheaper than most restaurants. I like the calorie counts on the menu. Sometimes it’s crowded with kids getting fro-yo, so definitely call in advance to order if you’re not eating in the cafeteria.

I’m going to let you in on a little secret… there’s an AMAZING yogurt bar in Quincy, no it’s not one of those new trendy chain places that people brag about… it’s so much better(oh, and healthier). The yogurt bar at the The Healthy Kitchen. This place is really cool. A self serve yogurt bar that is ‘healthy’… awesome! Kelly let me know about this place a few months back and I’ve been a few times now. There’s a wall full of flavors to choose from… and you can even ‘swirl’ two flavors together. Not sure about the Red Velvet or the Chili Chocolate flavor, ask the girls at the counter for a sample cup. My only complaint about this place is the set up. It’s a little cramped as you try to get to all of the toppings, especially because this places is always busy! And about toppings, there’s seriously everything that you could ever imagine and more, like FRUITYPEBBLES! On nice days, try to score a seat outside on the balconly and watch the masses going in and out of this place! Plenty of parking in the back too!

Really good food & yogurt! The only thing this place lacks is employee’s. The few times I’ve gotten take-out has taken a really, really long time. Sometimes, you stand at the counter looking at them. Asking myself, when are they going to take my order. Another time, I stood there and asked myself… When will they just put my clam chowder in a bag and give it to me. 5 minutes later, no crackers or spoon… Shucks!

I’m a big fan of the fro-yo craze, and even bigger fan of when it’s DIY so I can mix and match fro-yo flavors and toppings to make a crazy concoction, so I was really excited to find a DIY fro-yo place in Quincy! There are several fro-yo flavors to choose from that changes often(e.g., strawberry cheesecake, lemon tart, coffee, etc). The quality of the fro-yo is not the same as perhaps the national chain fro-yo places, as here it is a bit watery and somewhat more chalky in texture comparatively. I do like how there are several topping bars, and the fruit is generally fresh too, though the mochi is a bit dry and sad here. The added perk of this place is there is parking in the back, some outdoor seating, or plenty of indoor seat-yourself seating. You can also come here to purchase things from the convenience store or perhaps some dinner from Fish N Chicken while you’re here.

Healthy Kitchen claims that all of their menu items are 500 calories or less, which means you can get a great meal and not feel guilty! The frozen yogurt here is SOGOOD. Flavors change all the time and the topping array is endless. Candy, fruit, and cereal are all available to top off your low-fat/non-fat froyo. It’s really cheap too(only .49 an ounce!) and it’s HEALTHY(well…it’s healthy if you don’t load it w/candy!). I have also tried the seared wok veggie wrap, which was tasty, although a little on the small side. But that’s ok… more room for froyo! My fiancé had the salmon burger and loved it.

The Healthy Kitchen is located within the Common Market Food Court along with Fish n Chicken and the Pasta and Pizza Café. If the latter two have their own Unilocal pages, then Healthy Kitchen needs its own as well. Especially when they advertise that all of their food is under 500 calories. I haven’t tried their cooked food, but one of my co-workers have, and she said it was okay. I’ll try it soon because all of the menu options look really healthy(what? the name of the restaurant should reflect the food it sells) and good. But I digress. This review is mainly for the Self-Serve Frozen Yogurt Bar at Healthy Kitchen. While I usually meet my froyo cravings by heading into Boston, the addition of a new froyo place in the Quincy/Milton Area is not good for my figure. I can’t say that Healthy Kitchen’s froyo is better than Mixx’s(because it’s not), but HK does offer a lot of options to choose from. ANDTHATMAKESITGOODENOUGH. The froyo is sold at 45 cents an ounce; I love the California Tart, Tart Raspberry, and Watermelon Sorbet(not froyo, but oh, so good!). The Lemon flavor was really weird, and the espresso is really strong(good for anyone who needs a kick of caffeine). They have a huge array of dry toppings(cereals, mini candies, nuts, gummies) and lots of fruits(blackberries, strawberries, kiwi)! Everything is very fresh and I CAN’T STAYAWAY. Check out the toppings and flavors available here:
