Our 12 yr. old central AC unit recently failed and we decided on Trane based upon Consumer Reports reviews. We picked Blinson as they are the closest dealer to where we live. It turned out to be a very wise choice. They completed the installation in about three days from when we contacted them which was great as we had to leave town a couple days later. The installation was very professional and thoroughly done. They completely inspected the tubing in the crawl space and installed higher capacity wiring from the fuse box on the opposite side of the house. Blinson also got us great financing which let us buy a higher efficiency system then we normally could have afforded. Every aspect of the installation is first class and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new AC.

I have to admit to being frustrated in the beginning since we purchased a new AC unit that expired rather quickly. This turned out to be a widespread manufacturing issue and Blinson has been incredible. They have been diligent in tracing down the issue and have quickly moved this to resolve. They also went above and beyond with extending our warranty b/​c of the issues. I think it’s fair to always give a company a chance to redeem themselves… They completely took responsibility and accountability by making this situation right. As a company they are solid with great ethics, great people working for them!

We unfortunately didn’t have the chance to shop around for an air conditioner company. This one was part of the ‘package’ deal with CRC company (AVOID CRC LIKE THE PLAGUE!). They put in a new air conditioner. They wrapped an electrical wire around a gas line, they used wiring that looked as though they had picked it up on the street, they made it so that we could no longer access our heater filter. When we complained about it, and sent pictures, we were snubbed and ignored.
Now 3 years later, we are stuck with an air conditioner that doesn’t work correctly, but is out of warranty.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
