At first it was great arriving on time and not having to wait but our greeter was not the friendliest of people. They did not have anyone at the counter and no way to call in case you got lost, which we did. I ended up getting an evaluation and buying their laser product. The negative review coming in now with the Senior Counselor/​Regional Supervisor, Bill, which promised to call in a prescription for me a few days later and its been a few weeks and I’m still waiting. I’ve tried calling, texting and emailing him multiple times, but no luck. Not the best of service. I’d recommend going somewhere else.

My husband. Was losing hair, and depressed about it. He made an appointment in Charlotte for a consultation. Decided he was going to get transplants and we drove to Raleigh to get the procedure done. Although expensive. He now has a full head of hair, and it is his own hair. Does not look fake at all. One can never tell. I have a happy husband, and if your husband is upset about hair loss. Believe me if I could I’d post pictures of him, but he’d kill me hahahahahaha!!! Please consider Bosley…
