This place is awesome sure its a chain but I have never once had bad service and the pizzas are always great. My favorite is the Bronx bomber me and my wife come here split a Caesar salad and order a pizza each and leave happy. Come in and check it out also if you don’t know already they have a bogo special offer on apps and pizzas after 10.

The guys making the pizza all have beards super long and unprotected. Doesn’t management think of this!!!

I was really impressed with their thin crust pizza. I ordered the margarita amd Hawaiian. Both were good. Will try something different next time since my first experience was positive. If you like thin crust pizza, you’ll like this place. Friendly staff!

The spinach salad with salmon is amazeballs. So is the spicy shrimp pizza(order with extra shrimp). The bar is the best spot to sit with one TV to view. Good beer selection too! Great place to bring the pup and sit on the patio enjoying some wine.

We ate at Brixx for the third time and it’s about time we left a damn good review. The server(Alysha) was knowledgeable and helped us navigate the menu to find our culinary masterpiece at this popular local pizza spot. She was awesome and we even stayed for the dessert after she sold us on the S’ mores Pizza they had. We stayed for 2.5 hours and didn’t feel rushed at all and once again our server never let our glasses hit empty and always was happy and gave us a great customer service experience. And for being the loud obnoxious and extroverted people that we are… This is a huge compliment to Brixx!

We ordered the sausage pasta. I was pretty good. The place was crowded for a Wednesday night. We had to wait to be seated but it wasnt that long. I wish they serve the garlic bread as a complimentary.(is that sounds greedy?) lol

Oh my god this was delicious! I really liked their Hawaiian pizza and my husband loved the Bronx bomber! Man I don’t live in Raleigh but I’d come back here again if you don’t know what you want ask the waiter the one we had was excellent and he was funny and really attentive. Te place is clean and not too loud you can still talk in a normal voice. This is kinda pricey if you buy pizza and app but use the coupon on here and it’s a nice deal. All in all I’d say it was an awesome experience would definitely come back the reason for four stars was because my husband wanted a more ma and pa pizza wood fired experience but yum fo realzies!

Good Margherita pizza! Nice single sizes. Wonderful Tomato Basil soup. My husband likes the salmon salad. Love that they have Coke products! We stop here on our way to or from airport. Friendly prompt service. Televisions all around. Seems clean enough.

I loved wood fired pizza so this place was on top of the list to try since moving to Raleigh. It has a nice cheery atmosphere with friendly servers. The food was fresh, the pizzas are rather small but very tasty. Although I would have preferred a baked pasta dish, the choices were limited so I had the pasta with meatballs. All in all, good spot for italian food and fresh pizza

Always have great food and great service at this Brixx location. Had the pimento cheese, Chicken Florentine and Americo pizza and all were cooked to perfection. Had the cheese plate appetizer and the Mediterranean salad to start. This is our go to restaurant weekly for great food, great atmosphere and great wait staff!

So I’ve actually never been to Brixx before and was excited to check them out Monday night to eat some pizza, drink some beers and watch some MNF. And overall, this location of Brixx is nice! The décor and ambiance set up a casual and fun setting that works well for dates, family nights or just hanging out with some friends. I didn’t get the chance to check out their patio/outdoor seating but I like that they have that as an option. The service at Brixx was wonderful! Our server was great as he was on top of our drinks and food and the manager made sure we were greeted once we walked in and headed out the door. Now, onto the food and part of the reason for my 3-star review… I’m not a huge fan of thin-crust pizza style here at Brixx. I ordered the Rustica pizza and was very excited for my pizza as it has a number of the delicious toppings I love like kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, prosciutto, mushrooms, mozzarella and roasted garlic. However, once my pizza came out I was a bit confused and disappointed that they had made the pizza with WHOLE cloves of garlic… that is a bit excessive for me. I was expecting it to be sliced or minced but the whole cloves(about 1 or 2 per slice) was definitely WAY too much for my taste; I ended up picking it all off. Now, back to the thin crust, I just wish it was a bit more substantial in terms of the dough. I don’t mind thin crust but an almost cracker-like crust is just not enough crust for me. Maybe it’s a preference thing? But just thought I should highlight that for anyone who may not enjoy crack-like crusts like me. Additionally, part of my pizza crust was burnt which also made it seem more crack-like and inedible. Will I go back to Brixx? Yes, but I’ll probably check out the other menu items and skip the pizza. The service is great! The location is awesome and close to my house and they had great drink specials! If you’re picky about your pizza, do some research(aka read some more reviews) but definitely check them out if you’re located nearby!

I’ve been to this restaurant four times over the last three months while in town for work. I’ve had three different pizzas, side salad, shrimp salad and the cheese plate app. And usually a local draft beer though I did take advantage of their half price wine bottle Sunday. Everything has been great. Crispy fresh, flavorful pizzas, great salads, perfectly cooked blackened shrimp. And the cheese plate with pita points was quite interesting. A combo of three unique cheese spread including a jalapeño pimento cheese that was yummy. Had one dessert, the tiramisu. A little dry for a traditional tiramisu but was very good. Service at both the bar and a high top was friendly efficient and just made me feel comfortable and happy each time I’ve come for a meal. Dining while traveling doesn’t have to be boring and suck!

Got take out here over the weekend when we were in Brier Creek. Highly disappointed with the food. Both pizzas were worse than a frozen supermarket pizza. Toppings were pretty much non existent. Crust was dry and similar to that of a year old matza or dried out pita. Not sure what the deal was overall… Very stingy with toppings and the base just horrible. Rock hard and tasteless… Probably our first and last time there. Plenty of other pizza places around that surely beat out what Brixx served us up, or didn’t as a matter of fact. Heh!

So I was here the other night and decided on one of the 4×4 pizza. The crust was light and just the right amount of crunch. The 4 cheeses and 4 meats all were fresh tasting and came together really great. I want to go back and try a sandwich or salad. The employees are very helpfully and nice. Always seem to have smile on their faces even though they were crazy busy.

Fun place to go! I ordered take out but since I had never been to Brixx before I like what I had. I don’t know why I have never been here before. I think since I don’t really come to Brier Creek but I definitely want to go back in sit in and eat. I really like that the pizza is personal, it’s the perfect size for me! I got an Americo to go, perperoni, cheese, and mushrooms I think. I was good and was done quickly. I honestly did not like the crust that much. I felt like it was crispy bread/crakcer consistency and I usually like to eat the crust and all. Maybe when I go next time I’ll see what other options there are. I honestly can’t wait to go back and see what other pizza creations they have. I secretly really love pizza, but really, who doesn’t?! Happy slicing!

So, what makes a good pizzeria? Generally, to me, as long as the establishment understands its roots(Chicago, NY, wood-fired), then it passes the first hurdle. This is why places like California Pizza Kitchen don’t get any love from me. So, this was an actual wood-fired joint, so that’s a win. The service, however, was far more questionable and the overall pizza, while good, was far too thin, burnt, and minimal for even a wood-fired place. Most likely would not return.

Bronx bomber, 4×4, Americano, Margherita, and Rustico. Seems like the names of drinks at a bar but it’s actually some of my fave pizzas at Brixx. Ask for the wheat crust. Trust me. If you get there when it’s crowded sit at the bar. You’ll get great service without the wait. If it’s nice, sir outside but only if you have time to spare as the service is slower. The beer and cheese soup is a good starter and the bread sticks are substantial enough to share. They also have $ 3 beer specials on Saturdays. The salads are not of the side salad variety so if you order one just know it’s big. The waitstaff we had tonight were nice and helpful. In fact, I’ve never had poor service here. They hire a lot of young people but even when it’s been crowded I’ve felt like a valued patron.

Living in the brier creek area, brixx is on my regular rotation of restaurants. It’s the kind of place where you always know what you’re gonna get(i.e. Your mind will never be blown, but you won’t be disappointed either). Considering the amount of times I’ve been, they are fairly on point. I’ve only had my order flubbed a handful of times, and when it is they are more than happy to promptly correct the order. The servers/bartenders are all very friendly. Their selection of beers is decent(although I’ve been to other brixx locations with better selections, they all differ and regularly rotate their beers). They have a nice selection of IPA’s which I appreciate :) the prices aren’t bad, and they have pretty good drink specials throughout the week. If you like to eat late, you’re in luck. Their pizzas and apps are BOGO after 10:00 sun-thurs and after 11:00pm fri and sat!

I had hoped for something better, but nothing we had was outright bad. We ate outside on our visit in perfect weather, which I’d recommend — there may not be much to look at(a parking lot), but hey, good weather is good weather! Well, my wife may not agree because she’s extremely bee-averse and we had a couple of visitors during our meal. We started with the breadsticks, which I could have eaten all day long. Then on to the pizzas. My wife ordered the Caribbean Jerk Pizza, and I ordered the Thai Chicken Pizza. As is the usual pattern, we traded slices so we could taste both. The Caribbean Jerk was okay, but really disappointing from a spice perspective. Jerk seasoning is supposed to be HOT, but this pizza had zero heat to it, and the flavor was too weak. Maybe if it had been labeled as just a Chicken Pizza, it would have been less disappointing, but by using the term«Caribbean Jerk», it sets a certain expectation that really fell flat. Similarly, the Thai Chicken Pizza was good, but not particularly exciting. The flavor was definitely more noticeable, but the toppings fell a little flat this time. The last time I had a Thai Chicken Pizza somewhere, it was a full-on Thai dish on a pizza, including a number of extras like sprouts, shaved carrots, etc. This one didn’t stand out like that. It was red peppers, cheese, and pistachios(although I saw no pistachios on the pizza I received). So in both cases, the pizzas were okay but they just didn’t stand out like we had hoped.

Been here a few times over the years(not sure why I haven’t reviewed it before). Have found it to be quite good. Most recent visit was on a recent Monday night. Looking for a light dinner after a less-than-light vacation, we opted to share a salad and pizza. We started with the Spinach Salad. They were kind enough to bring it to us already split, which always makes me happy: «roasted red peppers, feta cheese, croutons and pistachios tossed with house-made fat-free honey-chipotle dressing 6.95». This is good, and light indeed, but because of the fat-free dressing, it’s somewhat lacking in full flavor. Also, couldn’t detect much of the pistachio part. Felt relatively healthy though, which is nice.(but soon to be irrelevant… hah!) Then we shared the Bronx Bomber minus the gorgonzola(for my sake… sorry Husband) «:spicy italian sausage, mozzarella, prosciutto, gorgonzola cheese, tomato sauce and fresh oregano $ 10.95» This was very tasty! We always love a thin pizza. I’m sure Husband would have loved it even more with the gorgonzola, but I appreciated that he sacrificed it for me. Thought it was just fine without it. But honestly, all this somewhat healthiness managed to lead us to this badness: «S’Mores Pizza Dessert$ 5.95-our spin on an American classic — toasted marshmallows and warm melted chocolate sprinkled with graham cracker crumble on a pizza crust cooked in our wood burning „campfire“» Oh my! So delicious! Surprisingly not too sweet. Highly recommend! We had a good Server who took just fine care of us. I will say that my only slight problem was it was FREEZING in the restaurant(major A/C!) That’s normally a real«like» on my part, but it was even way cool for this old gal’s hormones.
