I love a good burger, anytime. I’ve been here a couple of times, and the place is just mediocre. I love their décor and their menu selections. Everything’s made to order so you get a buzzer to let you know your food is ready. I like that. I also appreciate a good quality angus beef like they have here; that’s a must for a solid burger. But honestly their food is way overpriced for what you get. It’s $ 11 and some change for a regular cheeseburger and regular small fries! Why? I get hungry again after 2 hours. Their burgers are tiny and don’t taste extraordinary; they’re just okay. Nothing special about them. Their fries are from real potatoes with skin, hot and delicious and just the right amount of thickness, but they don’t come seasoned; if they do you pay extra for it. I’ve never tried their shakes or custards, so I can’t speak for that. I’ll go elsewhere for my burger&fry cravings.

They were good at the beginning, the burgers were cooked when ordered, the bun soft and fresh. The last few times I have been, i noticed the burgers were cooked ahead and reheated on the grill when ordered, end result is a dry and over cooked peace of meat. I called and complained to the manager and she told me that they cook ahead of time to speed service, this was 2:15 in the afternoon. Stop going for about 5 months and tried them again this past week, same old problem. The buzzer went off just as i sat down, dry burger again even when I requested a fresh cook burger when I ordered. They fix me a new one that was good.

Have been here three different times and have tried something new each time. The burgers are really good(especially the breakfast burger.) They do have a good selection of beers on tap and in a bottle. They give you a lot of fires. Typically my husband and I will split a small order amongst ourselves.

Great serving size, super friendly service. Best burger I have had in a long time. The toppings are fresh, the burger is juicy and well cooked. Buns aren’t overwhelming for the size of the burger. The signature sauce is fantastic. Fries are delish, but I would prefer a smaller size for one. Seems like a lot for one person.

Love the burgers an fries at burger fi the service is great as well I liked the lil brand they put on the bun. The milkshake was awesome could have been larger but I prolly would have wasted it if so. I suggest anyone looking for a good burger an fries go here. Make sure you get the milkshake too

We recently moved to Raleigh and we are near Burger Fi! We have eaten here a few times already and it is still just as good as before. We took my mom here for lunch when we she was helping us move into our apartment and she LOVED her burger and fries. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a delicious burger and hand cut fries!

Yes, yes and again I say yes. Probably the best burger I’ve ever had. Fresh and seasoned well. Great service. Fries were also good. You can leave the onion rings behind

It’s a bit over priced for what you get. The food was really good and the outdoor seating was very nice. Tip: Don’t go during rush hour or you will be waiting and waiting in line and for your food.

I’ve been checking out Burgerfi for a few months now and finally decided to stop in. The first thing I noticed and loved was their menu. If you are picky about what you like/do not like on your burger, this is definitely the place for you. Next to their«custom» burgers is an array of burger sizes and toppings in which to build your own burger. It was a little overwhelming, but I am so glad that they have so many options just in case one does have any allergies or again is just particular about what they like. The lady at the counter was very patient with me as I looked over the menu and then handed me a paper menu when she saw I was struggling with what to decide. After telling her it was my first time here she took a minute to explain the menu and options to me, which I thought was very courteous. I decided on the Burgerfi Burger without cheese, a double patty, and green style(I love that you can get your burger wrapped in lettuce for no additional charge!). I also decided to get a regular French fry with no toppings – although there are tons of them just like the burgers. I waited a little while for my food, but it was worth it as I saw them physically cutting potatoes and their burgers are made fresh. The food is given to you on a metal tray, which I thought was cute and easy to carry. The burger patties were full of flavor and I loved their Burgerfi sauce, which is a mayonnaise base/mix. I also really enjoyed the French fries, which still had the skin on them. They were not greasy and you could tell that they were hand cut and fresh. The only thing I wish that they advertised that their fries are cooked in peanut oil on the menu, not on the paper which is covered by your food. Overall I really enjoyed my first experience at Burgerfi – the service and the food was great. I see why one of my co-workers drives here from Fayetteville to get a burger. The burgers and fries are fresh and they use natural/locally sourced ingredients, which makes one(well at least me) feel better when I am eating a burger and fries(smile). There is not a place like this in Fayetteville, but there should be as it is adding new restaurants! I will be back!

I had a veggie burger with lettuce bun and it was pretty good. I also had parmesan and herb fries. I’d probably skip these next time, as they were just OK. The fries weren’t crispy. But my favorite thing was the red velvet concrete. It has large pieces of real red velvet cake in it and thick yummy custard. I will definitely be back for custard!

I’m a sucker for a juicy burger. Nothing about my BurgerFi cheeseburger was tough or burnt. The only ‘Cajun style’ item I had was the fries. I ordered regular Cajun fries and their double cheeseburger. I made it halfway through the fries and devoured the burger. Excellent. I was kind of surprised at the small size of the burger, as was my dinner companion. I reminded him it was a burger joint that served natural beef for the health of their patrons. Why serve hormone free meat then make oversized burger patties to tax the heart, eh? Next time I’ll try some of the other French fry seasonings and a dessert. That sauce they include was amazing and the décor was very cool. We enjoyed our burgers out on the spacious open patio.

A great option if you’re looking for a step up from fast food, but still a quick and delicious lunch or dinner. I came yesterday for lunch, and was very satisfied with my meal. There’s plenty of seating in the restaurant, and it goes quick because you order at the counter and then receive a buzzer that notifies you when your meal is ready. I ordered the veggie burger and fries. The only downside about the menu here is that it’s one of those places where a side is not included, and you have to pay extra for this. However, it’s definitely worth it because the fries were delicious! The veggie burger here is a quinoa burger which is very unique. It’s super flavorful and the burgerfi special sauce adds a nice touch to the burger. It’s on a wheat bun that’s very good. The burger doesn’t taste greasy and was cooked well. The small fry order is not small at all. They were extra generous with this order and my fries were overflowing. They were so good, crunchy, and taste fresh. Overall if you’re looking for a good burger place I would recommend Burgerfi!

Let’s get right to it; this is not about hype and lights. This place is for real! Got the Peanut Butter Shake and the Strawberry Shake — we almost got into an accident, seriously, WAY too good!!! Then the Onion Rings — perfectly crispy, flawlessly fried, and deliciously salty. Having the«make it your way» Coca-Cola machines is always a plus. FYI perfect combo = 1⁄3 Sprite Peach, 1⁄3 Sprite Raspberry, and 1⁄3 Fanta Lime. Give it a shot, test me, you will be hooked. And onto the burger, I stuck with just a basic double-cheeseburger(or whatever their fancy name is) and it was the truth. Smaller than the pictures, so don’t be shocked when you see the tiny burger(I warned you) but absolutely satisfying in every other way. Plus, their veggie burger is really good too. Might as well make a plan out of it, if you go to Trader Joe’s you are going to BURGERFI — WORTHIT!

This was our first visit here and I hate giving a place less than four stars(giving the benefit of the doubt) but our burgers were average. I guess I was expecting a medium cooked piece of beef but our meat was way over cooked. We walked in and it’s decently decorated for a burger joint. We ordered the breakfast all day burger and onion rings. We didn’t order fries as it was our attempt to «be good» ;-) it wasn’t that crowded but our food took some time before our pager buzzed. When we received our food I noticed that they use the buns I love. Not too crusty but light and soft. The all day breakfast burger has cheese, hash browns, bacon, fried egg, onions, and syrup. The combo sounded amazing and looked great in the menu but the taste was average. We ended up taking the hash browns off as they weren’t fresh and stale. Maybe they were having an off night however I’d go back and try the other options. I’d also ask them not to over cook the meat. On a good note the onion rings were yummy!

A great, quality burger, yummy fries though the service and speed could use a lot of improvement. Even with a non-exsistant line and an almost empty resturant expect a 15 — 20 minute wait for a simple burger and fries. Also expect to see a whole lot of staff standing around not doing anything while you wait for your meal. Right after I arrive a woman came in apparently picking up a call in order. Despite being told it would be ready when she arrive it wasn’t…And she proceeded to have to wait another 15 minutes while it was prepared. Obviously she was upset(actually she was VERY upset it seemed as she was very vocal about the wait) and despite speaking to a cook from the back still had to wait quite a bit longer for her order. Then after she left the staff proceeded to make fun of the woman from the kitchen. How do I know that? Because they have an open kitchen. And they were loud. I don’t care how obnoxious a guest is, common sense says don’t make fun of them where customers can see you. Totally unprofessional and makes me second guess coming here for lunch.

Burgerfi is a casual, family friendly restaurant for anyone nearby to easily go to grab a quick bite to eat with friends or family. They have a variety of menu items to choose from such as burgers(even veggie burgers), fries(with different toppings like ‘Parmesan + Herb’ and/or Garlic Aioli, chili, cheese, etc), and even custards/milkshakes for dessert. For my choice of menu, I got the ‘the twenty eight burger’. It’s a «DOUBLE28-DAY DRY-AGEDGROUNDBRISKETBURGER, SWISS + BLUECHEESE, LETTUCE, TOMATO, PICKLES, BURGERFISAUCE». In other words, a really delicious burger!!! I’ve recently started to fall in love with burgers and fries. I don’t know what triggered this obsession for a perfect burger and crispy fries combination, but I love burgers– well most burgers. I’m not quite sold for the veggie burger scene yet, just because I have yet to have found a really good veggie burger… Anyhow, this burger was very tasty and the Parmesan+Herb+Garlic Aioli fries I had with it just made my day. Seriously. I love fries, and I love it more with cheese and garlic! I love the portion sizes here, well as far as the Burger and fries portions. My burger was a good sized burger, good sized as in two meat patties and lots of toppings inside! I got the regular size for the fries, but looked like a large! It took 3 people to work on it, and we still couldn’t finish it because we were so full from our burgers! They also sell bottled beers and local draft, which makes me love this place more. I’m not much of a drinker, but I do love myself a cold beer with burgers. Definitely a place to check out! I will be back! I will.

A very expensive burger that doesn’t live up to the hype. Fries were extra. I wasn’t impressed. On top of that, they got my burger toppings wrong so I had to wait and my friend already finished his meal by the time mine arrived. We were still hungry after the burgers and didn’t want to spend more than $ 12 on a lunch so bailed and went home to snack. Not a place to take kids due to cost.

Pretty good burgers and fries. Had a double cheeseburger and fries with salt and vinegar on them. I was bit surprised at the size of the burger. It was pretty small for the price. Don’t get me wrong the taste was great, but for the price I could have gotten a bigger burger for the same quality somewhere else. The fries portion was pretty good for the price. For two burgers, two fries, and two drinks it was thirty dollars. Food quality was good and the taste of things was great, but this isn’t my first choice for a burger place

I saw a lot of mixed reviews for this place, but I needed to meet a friend in the area, so we tried it. I thought it was pretty good. Between the four of us, we had a build your own burger, a cheeseburger, a hot dog, a veggie burger, an order of fries, and a order of onion rings. My burger was great, though any time I can put nacho cheese on something, I’m probably not going to complain – add bacon its a huge winner. Loved that the back of the bun was intact(not cut through) so I didn’t lose any of my toppings – many of which are free!!! The hot dog was for a kid, so it was plain. The dog itself looked a little funny cuz it was split all the way down the middle, but maybe they do that on purpose so the toppings can get inside??? My friend said her burger was pretty good. The veggie burger also seemed to be good, but it was his first, so idk how important that opinion can be. The large fry order is definitely a shareable option. You can get one large order for the table. The onion rings are also massive. I have never seen anything like them. They’re a little difficult as a table sharing item – because of their size. They would work out to about one each(I think there were 5??) but they are really good. Not very greasy, and nice and salty! We all left very full – and I hadn’t had a chance to eat breakfast that day! It’s a little if the pricey side, but other than that – give it a try!

Well since it’s been over two years since I’ve been here, I refuse to let the calories I consumed for lunch today bother me. Fortunately I didn’t know that the BurgerFi Cheeseburger is 650 calories until after it slid down my throat and totally hit the spot. Warm, juicy, meaty, cheesy. It was just what I was craving. Still wish they had a smaller fries option!!! I did the only thing a gal with a craving could do and got the Regular Order of Parmesan Herb ones anyway, and it was indeed a heaping portion. While many of them found their high-caloric, highly-satisfying way to my belly, many more made me popular at work afterwards.(they reheated surprisingly well in the work microwave!) And my popularity spared me some of those 740 calories! Love that they’ve got the service part down pat. They were really busy, yet it was quick to order and pay, got a pager, got my tea and waited almost exactly the 8 minutes they told me it would be. While $ 13 was on the pricey side for a burger, fries and tea, I could taste the quality.
