Chandi’s Threading

I’m never getting my eyebrows done here ever again. One side eyebrow has more arch then the other one. Also, eyebrow hair was everywhere on my face when I was finished. I never left a threading place with my face covered with hair like this ever. Very disappointed.

I will never come to this location again. This isn’t my first go at trying the Raleigh spot. & I can mostly remember walking away disappointed. However this time is by far the worst. Every time I get my eyebrows all I say is «no shape please. Just cleaning» & today I’m walking away with my right eyebrow extremely skinny & arched while my left looks normal. I’ve never been this disappointed with a service & the stylist was completely apathetic about royally screwing my brows in less than 5 minutes. Her only reply was, «next time u come in, let it grow out again.»
Too bad there won’t be a next time. The last time I came to this location which was a few months ago, I received the wrong change but I told myself, accidents happen. This time I’m just annoyed & completely turned off.
I hate writing this because I’m a regular at the Cary location where I have met Shilpa & absolutely love Meena’s work. I’ve trusted her with my eyebrows since high school. & now that I live in Brier Creek, the Cary location is a bit of a hike. I only come to Raleigh when I’m tight on time-​like I am today because I go out of town Friday. But I wouldn’t recommend this location to even my least favorite people.
No one can beat the price, but for better service & treatment, I will go somewhere else.

My eyebrows were over plucked for years and the wonderful ladies at Chandi’s have done magnificently helping me on my journey to normal brows even though I didn’t give them much to work with. Only $ 7 for eyebrow threading, which is MUCH cheaper than others in the area. Credit card minimum is $ 10 so be sure to bring cash if necessary.
No appointment needed. I’m not even sure if they make them. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes as a walk-​in.

I have gone to Chandi’s in Cary for many years, but this was my first stop at the Raleigh location. It is not a full-​service location like the original Chandi’s over at Chatham Square, but an equally talented young lady was working last night. I regret I did not write down her name, but it was (phonetically) like Shaw-​blem. She really took her time to correct one of my brows that had gotten out of sync and was very sweet, professional and thorough. As much as I love the ladies over in Cary, I will likely keep going to the Raleigh location as it is closer to me.
