Frame Warehouse

I had a print framed here because it was right down the street from my office. I did have a hard time finding it, it is way back in a shopping center next to the Internet Café.
I did find a frame and matting I liked and had them mount the print and frame it. I took a week and I waited patiently.
I picked up the print when it was ready. I noticed a spec on the matting under the glass. The attendant said I can take care of that., she took the print in the back room and removed the spec of paper. Now my question why was it left on the print in the first place. She put on the paper the protects it from dust in the back. She had a few rips in the paper and did not use new paper. I also noticed a few scratches on the frame and whoever did the miter job on the frame did not do a very good job. Looks like I have to touch it up the frame, which I know how to do it right.
Not real impressed and next time I go to frame a print I will not come here.
