Unfortunately, I cannot speak to the quality of their work, since they were a NO-​SHOW for me, even though the young man who came out to look at my yard and give me a quote, had assured me I was being added to their calendar. When they didn’t show, I figured some mistake had been made, and I understand things like that happen. So I called and left a few messages, as well as an email, with no response. I even reached someone at one point, and he didn’t even seem to know what I was talking about. Then when we got cut off due to a bad connection on his end, do you think I got a callback? Nope!
…I can only speak to my experience with them, but that experience was not handled professionally at all. I was a new customer, and they couldn’t even seem to handle getting me on the schedule or giving me the basic courtesy of a callback or response email when THEY didn’t show up to do what they were hired to do!
