Mr. Handyman of Western Wake County

From start to finish these guys were very professional. I discussed my project in depth with Bruce over the phone before they came out to install a ceiling fan and chandelier in my 2 story family room and foyer. Because these ceilings are so high we knew it would be necessary for the staff to assemble a scaffolding to complete the job. I knew this would be a costly project as I had already discussed the project with electricians as well as other part time handymen. In the end, I am so happy I went with the Mr. Handyman team. They arrived promptly and got to work immediately. The install of the fan was a little complicated and Todd worked through it diligently without wasting time. After seeing what was involved with the particular fan I purchased, I would not have wanted to trust this work to a part time handyman. The foyer light was a much quicker install and both looked great upon completion. They cleaned up all boxes/​packaging/​mess and returned my furniture back to where it was. I was very impressed with their work and will definitely call them again.

I had dry rot on a back door that they fixed. Everyone on the phone was very helpful. They were booked solid when I contacted them, but they took all my information and that afternoon they had a cancellation and called me back to schedule an appointment. My «Handyman» Mark called before arriving and even called because he could come earlier (if it worked with my scheduled — which it did). I had originally been quoted a 3-​hour job, but Mark efficiently finished in 90 minutes. Truthfully he could have lingered to charge me for 3-​hours, but he didn’t and I am just so grateful for someone who did a great job and was thoughtful to my time & budget. I will definitely be using Mr. Handyman again (and again)

So I call to see if they will give a quote for a job. Replacing a lot of Fascia around the house. They will charge you $ 99 no matter what for there time. Even just for a quote.
So they are not obviously to be used for anything really other pain in the
small jobs. That are immediately ready to be worked on.
I have to many feet of fascia to be replaced and wanted to know price differences between PVC veranda product, Trex product or plain milled wood.
Not going to pay for someone to come out and pay for a quote. The gentleman that answered the phone was nice and professional and I understood that is just not the kind of company they are.
Maybe installing that new sink disposal unit or fixing drywall, stuff like that guess they are good?

Very professional and they do excellent work. I had them do a few jobs this summer and I’m quite happy with the results. Great customer service and they show up on time. Highly recommended.

These guys are great! I scheduled them for some drywall repair in my new home and they did an excellent job. Everyone I dealt with in this company was friendly, professional and considerate.
