My go to lunch place. Consistently good, fresh food at fair prices. Lots of seating, this time upstairs. Always changing menu with a few new or seasonal items. Love this place.

Stopped in for coffee and a bagel early on Sunday morning. Restaurant was just opening but it was still quick and good.

I went to this Panera on Mother’s Day with my family for an easy, no-fuss brunch and that is exactly what we got. To me, there is nothing absolutely outstanding about Panera that would make me give them more than 3 stars, but they do have consistently decent food. I like that Panera does have healthier options for breakfast and that they put the calorie information on the menu. I ordered the Steel Cut Oatmeal with strawberries and pecans. It was a good portion, but if you are really hungry, I suggest adding on a pastry to go with it. I do wish it had been served hotter, because it cools down fast and nothing is worse than finishing your meal off with a few cold bites. The service was ok. Nothing special. My grandmother ordered a soufflé but by the time our cashier went to get it, it was already gone and she had to order something else. I’ve seen this happen with the soufflés on multiple occasions, so I do think they need to figure out a better way of handling the soufflé situation. Someone did come and clear our plates when we were done with our meal which was nice. This location does have quite a bit of seating, with additional seating on the 2nd level. But those stairs are not friendly to the elderly(like my grandparents). Also, the bathroom at this location is a little difficult to locate since there is not an obvious sign. But overall it was a clean location and someone did come clear our plates for us. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go to Panera, but if you want something somewhat healthy, easy, and simple for breakfast, then Panera is a good option.

Disappointed. Usually the food is prepared well. Tonight it was lacking for soup and salad for two of us. Couldn’t finish it and won’t be back now

Great team that provides a consistently outstanding customer experience. Randi rocks their catering business. You can trust all your orders will be correct and delivered on time.

Has sadly gone down hill in the past year or so. I am usually a weekend off-hours person so I’ll take the lunch overcrowding, which all Panera’s seem subject to, out of the equation. *This* location the last two time I have been there has been bordering on filthy. Lettuce on the floor, tables left uncleared and wiped, and dishes piling up in the bussing trays at the garbage cans. And its not just a one shift problem– walls and railings have greasy prints or old food on them. Oh and there are booths with ripped upholstery. Equally declining is the staff. There were people in line and the three staff members were at their register positions… but having conversations with themselves about shift schedules and who is coming on and when. Why is this allowed to go on? When the order was taken a grilled cheese with tomato soup was paired with chicken noodle soup instead. I pointed out the cashier’s mistake and the kitchen window people quickly fixed it but one remarked to the other, «why is N even still working here?». Indeed. And has anyone else notices the sliced turkey in the panini getting noticeably cheaper? If you can get your meal and find a clean spot you might enjoy your time here. When it opened it certainly was a nice spot. But it really needs a firm manager to put some stick about among the staff and get the place in order.

Damn just did a rather lengthy comment but apparently at the wrong place! 2nd or 3rd time I’ve been in here recently and they’ve been out of hazelnut coffee… how does an establishment that serves coffee as a staple not have coffee ready on a regular basis(in the morning I might add? Just REALLY baffles me). Not particularly busy any of the times I’ve been in either … On a more positive note, they’ve finally replaced the fluorescent light bulb in the women’s room so it’s not dark in the stalls area… paper towel dispenser was jammed though… the employee I mentioned it to was polite and apologized… guess it’s just blood moon stuff!

«Would you like a side of hair strands with your meal today?» is what the cashier should have asked me when I ordered a caesar’s salad yesterday… yikes. After I eating his entire salad, my partner found 3 strands of hair at the bottom of his salad bowl. What a bummer. I’d been going to this Panera for a while. Their customer service is great, food is great… but the hair strands killed the deal. All the manager offered me was a $ 6.00 Panera voucher for the ingested hair follicles(our entire meal cost $ 22.00)… Very lame compensation for dropping hair in customers’ food… very lame. I won’t be returning to this Panera ever again… or any other of the others in Raleigh since the customer service is pretty bad at the other locations… «Would you like a side of hair strands with your meal today?»

A great place to go for soups, salads, and baked goods. I only give them three stars because the sandwiches are not very good and the service is sub-par. I like a restaurant that slices their cheese and meat fresh(i.e. Jersey Mikes). The meats and cheeses here are clearly pre-sliced and the meat is slimy. Just doesn’t taste fresh. That said, the salads are excellent and they have some of the best soup around. Their baked goods(bagels, muffins, pastries) are also exceptional. I would eat here more often if the prices weren’t so high.

3 stars just based on service. Unfortunately with their limited selection of gluten free options, just not in mood for salad I can’t rate the food. This is normally the type of fast food I usually skip due to low likelihood of allergen free food I can eat, but my wife asked to stop in. She states the chili and spinach salad were good. Service was great and they had a checklist containing their entire menu for what menu item would trigger what allergy. So had to write review based on that service as too many places don’t know their menu that well.

food is good but I think I wont be going back to this location because I got there on a Monday right at 10:30 on the dot and asked for 2 breakfast sandwiches and one person behind the counter was about to help me when the other turned around and said«we stop serving breakfast at 10:30» is this place run by a prison warden? cant you be a little less«brithish»?. Thanks and am sure you are laughing all the way to the Bank, who needs one more customer. Well, what do I expect from a corporate joint

Very cool layout. 2 out door areas and a second level. But, they make the coffee drinks ways to hot!

This location is tucked away near the Whole Foods and sometimes parking can be a bit of a hassle so it does good avoid during normal rush hours, especially lunch as the local offices around make the place very crowded. That being said this location is quick to make sure you are getting helped and will always call another cashier to take your order if the line gets two deep. It has always been very clean anytime I have been and they are always willing to help if you need extra hands to help. I have two small kids and this is very helpful for me! They also have a small upstairs sitting area which is nice and cozy. Seems like a lot of folks head upstairs for a bit of quiet or to re-charge their phones and computers. I haven’t had a meal I didn’t like at Panera, as it is one of my fave places to eat. But my husband did get a sandwich that had a hair in it… and it was replaced no questions asked.

This is a VERY nice Panera in the same shopping center as Whole Foods. I really liked the layout of the restaurant. I found it open and pleasant to be in. The food is normal fare for Panera.

I love this new location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable abou their products. I have never had to wait for my food anywhere near as long as that other Six Forks location. The two outdoor seating sections are great, I prefer the one near the garden. Having 2 floors was an unexpected change and the second floor which is more of a loft is all seating and great for small business meetings. This is my new go-to Panera.

I do so love Panera Bread, but for me this one is only a ‘3’ for the reason that some of the other reviewers like it — that second floor. The second floor gives this location a much less chaotic, much more scholarly vibe. Not cool for people with, um, «enthusiastic» toddlers. It was kind of like going to your mother-in-law’s house and everything’s white and made of glass. And you’re clumsy and so are your 5 kids. Eek! Oh, and there was no broccoli cheddar soup. Which was kind of like going to Panera Bread and finding out there’s no broccoli cheddar soup — CA-RAY-ZEE!

Unilocal, you let me down. All I wanted was a coffee shop to kill time for an hour between meetings. I use the trusty app looking for nearby«coffee & tea,» which pulls up Project 58. It’s in the same shopping center as my next meeting. Perfect! Or so I thought. And then I arrived and discovered it’s an indoor skate park. SKATEBOARDING. PARK. Categorized as «coffee & tea.» WTH. I then tried heading to nearby Big City Bagel — closed? or mismarked on the map? It was nowhere to be found! Especially sad since I wrote about it in a recent Weekly Unilocal! I wanted to do something local, but was getting desperate, and wound up at this new Panera at noon. Bustling does not even begin to capture how busy it was. Unfortunately when they designed this particular location, they didn’t put much thought to making space for a line to form that doesn’t block the entrance/exit. Which is a shame. Because this is near a big office park, and there are tons of people clamoring for food during the lunch hour. Lots of folks were complaining about the line logistics. It did move pretty swiftly at least. The spot is new and clean, and has an upstairs with extra seating and an outdoor patio(overlooks a busy intersection though). Free wifi, reliable signal, capped at 30 minutes during peak hours.

I went to this Panera, located in front of the newer Whole Foods on Six Forks. I needed a quiet space to grab a bite and to finish up some work so I chose this locale. I am a big fan of Panera anyway, but at times it can be a little too hectic and loud for me to actually get work done. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to see that the place was pretty busy but on the quieter side. Even better, this location has a second floor, almost like a loft, equipped with outlets at each seat so there was no frustration with having to scramble to find an outlet if my laptop died. I got my Panera fave, the Sierra turkey sandwich with an iced tea. The sandwich was great and the service matched! This will definitely be on my top-spots for dine and work locations in the triangle!
