Pizza Hut

2 hrs for delivery??? My order was placed at 8:34pm the website said 2 hrs to travel 3 miles for delivery so I roll to the restaurant after an hour and find 5 – 6 people standing around and 2 delivery vehicles outside… and I still had to wait 15 minutes because my pizzas weren’t ready. Skip this place, you’ve been warned.

I ordered a pizza at 11:50pm online on Saturday night. I didn’t realize they closed at 12am so I called the store to cancel my order. The lady who answered the phone immediately picked up the phone and said, «We’re closed. We are closing.», and then hung up on me. I decided to proceed with the delivery because of the woman’s rudeness on the phone. I left a note in my online order asking them to call upon arrival. The delivery guy did not do so and rang my doorbell instead, waking up my sick grandmother. When I answered the door the delivery man was already half way backup the drive way. It was only when he saw me opening the door that he turned back around. I tipped the delivery man more than 20 percent, because I work in the service industry and it wasn’t his fault the woman was rude on the phone previously. The service wasn’t the only thing horrible about my experience, but my order was also wrong. This place is awful and I do not recommend it to anyone, unless you like being treated awfully.

Stay far far away from this place! Last night my boyfriend and I attempted to order pizza. We called at 7:05pm after the website failed (go figure!) So we order, they tell us it would be an hour for delivery. At 8:15pm, we call to inquire about our delivery. We are told it has left the store and should arrive shortly. At 9pm, another call is made to which I ask for the manager. Shaquanda? tells me that the order is in fact on it’s way now because they had to re-​make our order since the delivery person delivered to the wrong house!!! I ask for a full refund AND my food to which I was told full refund and no food or accept the delivery! Never, ever again! This place is ridiculous!

Had to order twice after they lost my order yhe first time. Long story short, I ordered at 2:30 pm, still waiting on my pizza, and it’s 5:30 pm. The best they can do is give you an hour wait after you’ve waited for 3. This place is a joke.

I wish I could use negative stars food was horrible and customer service was horrible never going back here place was dirty and honestly should be shut down by the health department

My deliveries are never even close to being on the «estimated time», I’m talking up to an hour late. and then our order won’t even be correct! And we are lucky if it is even warm. fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! Won’t be placing anymore orders with this establishment.

always burn my cookie and never bring silverware. even after i ask. avoid this place.

Ok I never write on these things, but I was upset about my order and the service I just received!!!, STALE OVER COOKED WAFFLE FRIES, BARELY COOKED WINGS!!, I know they are suppose to be known for their pizza but if they are NOT GOING TO COOK THEM RIGHT DON’T PUT THEM ON YOUR MENU!!! Not to Mention some girl with street skater clothes and shoes on and fluorescent purple hair brought this crappy food! And was on her cellphone the whole time I was signing the receipt, I will NEVER order from this place again… excuse me while I go throw up !!!

Horrible! I ordered a personal pan because everything on the buffet looked old and dryed out. That should have been my first clue. I went back to work late and still hungry.

I was very disappointed in the service, my pizza and wings arrived cold, and my waffle fries were burnt! Very dissatisfied!

Regular pizza hut pizza. But service is very subpar. Not very personable there always one thing wrong with my order. But $ 6.99 for Pizza can’t beat that.

Terrible customer service. Received a crappy cheese pizza. Hardly any cheese on it and when I called to get it resolved, and I called twice. Was put on hold before anyone even picked the first time. After three minutes I hung up. The second time I called, someone said they were going to get the manager. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then was hung up on. This place is terrible. How do you even mess up on a cheese pizza?

I was there friday 7−11−14 at lunch time and the service was horrible i was there for 15 minutes and i was still waiting for them to take my drink order and the waitress that was attending me din’t seem to care how i was doing and thats why i didn’t leave her any tip.

This is so much nicer then the old one, still we regularly get delivery or pickup from them and have no complaints on the pizza. Their rating is 99 by the dept of health.
Last night my son wanted to dine in its the 1^st time we’ve done it durring the evening. It was very busy, but there was only one waitress on. She was slammed and a bit inefficient. Another lady brought our pizza out and then bussed a table but never brought plates, I had to go behind the counter to get them. I have to believe there was no manager on duty. There was also a takeout line waiting for service. It’s a nice place but they really have to work on the service execution.
